It’s interesting because I saw on another channel a different doctor said flaxseed would help to lower blood sugar and that beans is a great source of fibre and protein especially for those of us who are vegetarian so there’s a few things on this list I’m kind of surprised about

@@Adxam_Rahimov purslane is a vegetable source high in omega3. A succulent green often thrown away as a garden weed but fine to eat!
