    Hello, Dear 😍😍
    I’m a new diabetic for about 3 months now .
    Is it good to eat steaks ?
    Thanks for great info 👍👍

      Hello! We're glad you found our information helpful. When it comes to eating steak, it's important to consider the portion size and cooking method. Opt for lean cuts of beef, such as sirloin or tenderloin, and avoid fatty cuts like ribeye. Also, consider grilling, broiling, or baking instead of frying to reduce added fats.
      As always, we recommend consulting with a healthcare professional to determine a personalized dietary plan that works best for you as a diabetic.

    Avoid the foods on this list that are high in oxalates. Avoid spinach, the highest food in oxalates.

    Why did you only mention type 2 when talking about flax seed

    • @DiabeticsTalk
      @DiabeticsTalk  5 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thanks for pointing that out! The focus was on type 2 diabetes because flaxseed is often recommended for managing blood sugar and insulin sensitivity. However, it can have benefits for overall health, so always best to consult a doctor for specific advice!

    It’s interesting because I saw on another channel a different doctor said flaxseed would help to lower blood sugar and that beans is a great source of fibre and protein especially for those of us who are vegetarian so there’s a few things on this list I’m kind of surprised about

    I am from Uzbekistan. Thank you very much for the useful information. I will try to include at least 9 of these foods into my daily diet. Unfortunately, salmon is rare in my country.
