Te gry posiadam i tylko AoE jest grą czysto strategiczną i może być uznana za ,,jedną z najlepszych". Pozostałe to totalny chłam.
Kwestią indywidualną jest Ancestors, Northgard, Frozenheim, Going Medieval... Mechaniki jakie zostały użyte w grach mnie nie przekonują.
Natomiast gra taka jak Becastled? Nudna gra w które zwyczajnie co noc bronimy się przed wrogiem. Jest prosta i niezbyt rozwojowa.
Age of Darkness jest grywalna przez kilka godzin potem jest zbyt trudna i na forach steam ten wątek został poruszony.
Yes, Your Grace to świetna gra (strategiczna? To chyba jakiś żart) natomiast mega krótka. Rozkręciłbym tę grę w tworzenie własnej armii. A tak mamy do robienia tylko to co scenariusz przewiduje.
Kingdom Two Crown to fajna gra, również na kilka godzin, po pierwszych 50 minutach rozwijamy swoje królestwo do tego stopnia, że nic nam nie zagrozi. Więc znowu, jak Becastled gra się nudzi, nie jest rozwojowa i nie wprowadza nic nowego. Każda gra jest taka sama.

Currently I love to play War Selection a little-known indie RTS who deserves more visibility ! 😊
This video started off extremely strong with entries from well established franchises. Then it devolved into rather recent indie titles, some of whom don't even look medieval at all! Whilst that's alright to many i'm afraid it's not for me unfortunately, but good job with the video!

0:13 JSYK guys you can actually read about medival times as well games aren't the only way to learn about the middle ages, infact I'd highly recommend reading more than playing games for gathering information about a certain time period.

In Banished the main resource is not wood, stone, iron or even food, but the population. If they are not having children, or are not happy, your settlement is basically doomed.

so im looking for a game that might be a RTS history based game around medieval era that has all 4 season based maps with each song based on each season like the winter one had wind and a church bell toll the spring or summer one had birds chirping and a lute/harp playing and maybe water sounds and before 2007 but should be after 1998 but if there is a game that does have 4 seasons then say so the reason why im looking for this soundtrack it was on a burned copy of settlers 4 but as it was a burn i dont know if the songs came from settlers 4 or a demo on the disk or even a dual disk or just the person added more games to the 1 disk
So much I miss here on the list Cossacks 2 a very unique rts game with a very unique fighting style which today's games lack I hope that after the release of Stalker 2 they will focus on the revival of this game series (cossacks 1 is for me much better than age of empires in every way)

One of the best is not on the list, the Warlords Battlecry series, especially the third game. It's RTS mixed with RPG, with heroes (+ lvl system), dragons and a lot of magic. Crazy stuff.
Knights of Honor I...great in all. Knights of Honor II. Long awaited....good in the global surface...terrible when it comes to the real time matches -.-

This list ignores Knights and Merchants an thus its not reliable. Yep, because this single game is missing its a bad list because its one of the best medival games. Much better than many others in this list. While banished wasnt even ever finished which is in this list. And its questionable how "medival" it is.
And stronghold and AOE is 2 times in this list which is also bad decision.

Majority of this list is pc. Why no one make list for PlayStation games only. Thankfully i skipped to each section that would've been a waste Of my time.
Playstations are the wrong platform for strategy games. Why is that? Because strategy games are played with mouse and keyboard.

Why would you put AoE Iv and AoE 2 and not AoE III? III was revolutionary, bold and daring. IV is playing it safe as a spiritual successor to 2.
Exactly.. Those who play AoE 4 are AoE 2 fans in which you know they have the cult followers.. AoE 3 on the other hands just to much grindy for the cards and it is unbalanced for a competitive game
