Does molybdenum play any role in NO formation from nitrites? Also does sulfate tie in to any of this as per Stephanie seneff sulfate deficiency leads to plaque formation.

I only put the best videos in my diet and health playlist and this one goes there! Also, I am biased towards a nitric oxide intake approach using nutrition, as discussed by cardiologist Caldwell Esselstyn and although I don't have any 'serious' heart condition, all of us on the standard western diet does have atherosclerosis so the 4 ounces of kale daily helps me in a great way.
I did have high blood pressure, high resting heart rate, and high cholesterol before I went whole food-plant based and it was fixed except for blood pressure being a little bit high. However, I haven't eaten kale until about starting 3 weeks ago and I have breaks in my intake of dark leafy greens and fresh veggies up until now, so I will see the true benefit when those breaks are eliminated.

As far as guys having trouble raising the flag, with the whole food-plant based diet it widens the arteries if followed strict and the atherosclerosis isn't real entrenched, which usually only happens 60+ years of age.
The flow rate of a the vessel increases by the cube root function of the increase in diameter. This means a very small increase in diameter leads to a large increase in flow.
Eating kale really helps with dilation and increase in flow if done frequently each day and over several weeks. Frequent morning wood is a sign things are improving.
I went whole food-plant based at age 48, 5 years ago. I fixed my serum cholesterol which was 210 md/gl (high) and quickly became 125 (ideal). I fixed weight, blood pressure and resting heart rate, also. All are good still to this day but I'm strict on the diet. It tastes good. Have trust in me when I say your taste changes. You will be even more satisfied because the super rich foods you previously ate made you hunger even 1/2 later many times. These foods keep you feeling full for hours.

Low cholesterol is not good. It's the basis of all hormones and used in the manufacture of cells and nervous system components. Better to reduce carbohydrates and get animal protein that has all 9 amino acids. Your plant proteins are lacking in these acids. Also seed oils are high omega 6 linoleic acid and bad for the body. If you are low fat your body will malfunction within 7 years most fail in 2 or 3 from poor nutrition. A balance is needed.

@@ActivateMission2ThisTimeline On cholesterol, anyone with 120s is doing very well (all other biomarkers being equal). Your distaste for a whole foods diet is not based in science. On NO, go back and listen to the part on spinach vs bacon and the SAD diet. Professing to eat animals and avoiding whole foods and carbs to maximize health obviously hasn't studied nutrition or the impacts to the planet. Start with reading about blue zone diets (no lack of carbs).

Where can a layman like me read up on the best way to change lifestyle habits and improve my and my wife’s diet to produce adequate daily levels of nitric oxide to optimize our cardiovascular health. Do you offer a comprehensive guide to increasing NO levels through nutrition, sleep , exercise, etc.. to adequate levels for a daily health regimen? Thank you.

I very much doubt that the 186 million people are using chlorhexidine mouthwash.
There are many brands in use that don't contain that.
So, for me, the question is, does the need to avoid mouthwashes apply to *all* antibacterial mouthwashes, or just those containing chlorhexidine?

I’ve also regained energy and ability to exercise. Seeing my cardiologist again in a couple weeks to determine the results of use with lab work that I’m doing next week. My kidney and liver labs were not good in December. I’m hoping that has been reversed.
