No matter if you’re been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

This was a great presentation! However, I have a quick question. If methylene blue only downregulates an upregulated iNOS and doesn't effect eNOS or nNOS, then why does methylene blue increase many people's blood pressure (I being one of them)? I just watched a video explaining the role of methylene blue as a vasopressor in order to save people who are experiencing refactory vasoplegic shock -- i.e., to raise life threatening low blood pressure? Here's the link to the video at the appropriate time slot: th-cam.com/video/ucEYIW9oI-A/w-d-xo.html

Dr. Nathan Brian the main researcher of 25 years does not recommend Methylene blue at all. He has videos on TH-cam explaining why.

@@juliecarroll-gr3jn Yes, in the video below Dr. Bryan briefly mentions that MB inhibits nitric oxide, specifically as it relates to soluble guanylate cyclase, which mediates vasodilation. However, Beth Shirley is also an expert on nitric oxide, and she claims that normal oral doses of MB (.5 - 2 mb/kg of body weight) only downregulates an *upregulated iNOS* and doesn't effect eNOS or nNOS. So, one of these two experts are clearly wrong. I'm suspecting that MB's impact on nitric oxide is primarily dose related, and that normal oral doses of MB are usually not a problem for most people. But I'd love to hear Beth Shirley's response to Dr. Bryan's claims! Here's his video. th-cam.com/video/LX_ok4TxIkY/w-d-xo.html

What are the good bacteria that break down nitrates ? Why doesn’t she ever say? Couldn’t we just supplement the bacteria and enzymes, that break down nitrates. And eat foods with nitrates ? She doesn’t seem to tell how to fix this ?
