    అరుణ గారికి నమస్కారములు. మీరు చెప్పిన విధానం చాలా బాగుంది, చక్కగా అర్థం అయ్యింది. మనం అందరం ఒక ప్రతిజ్ఞ చేసుకోవాలి . తల్లి, తండ్రి ఇచ్చిన జన్మకు భగవంతుడు ఇచ్చిన ఆయుష్షు ఉన్నంత వరకు నా కాళ్ళ తో నేను నడవాలి . నా కళ్ళతో ఈ ప్రపంచాన్ని చూడాలి. నా పనులు నేనే చేసుకోవాలి. నేను ఎవ్వరికీ భారం కాకూడదు. ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ యోగా ద్వారా వీలైనంత మంచి ఆహారం ద్వారా ఆరోగ్యం గా ఉండాలి.

    One observation Mam, in అగ్నిసార క్రియ, 1st variation: stomach should move upward direction. 2nd variation: stomach should move in circulation motion.
