The vacuum cleaner helps to but you just have to make sure the the pipes can go between and in your window base or at least have a strong vacuum suction

Pipe cleaner. Thank me later. Gets underneath the door and window tracks too. Pulls out the debris and then get a battery powered vacuum. Then lasty get a spray bottle and a cloth and wipe out any excess dirt etc. You can also wrap tje cloth around a flat head screwdriver and pull ut along the small tracks to finish up. Way quicker than any of this

Use a wet sponge - yellow part of scrubber or 1cm thick sofa sponge waste, and wipe the tracks clean, no need of a brush attracts dust like a peo
