It was also the cheapest for me when coming back to the US from Manila. I specifically appreciate the 3-3-3 config on their B777 whenever I feel stingy to spend my money on Business.
@@kdu1 Yeah, I know. 3-3-3 is a big upgrade. Happy you got a good price. I'm going to Cebu in a few months and got a really good airfare from them too. And
Thank You so much for sharing this awesome video. I’m flying to Seoul this coming September, this video has made me feel better about the long flight. 🙏🏾✌🏾
Outstanding trip report. Liked and subscribed. I didn't have a good experience with KE because 4/4 flights of me with them had severe turbulence. One of them was ICN-IAD, and it was shaking strongly for 7 hours continuously... But what makes me really want to fly with them again is their crew. They appeared in the cabin several times serving orange juice or water to those who stayed awake, and that really helped me feel well after the long flight
if you're able to, do you have any recommendations for things to do at the Incheon airport. I'm going to have an almost 5 hour layover there and was wondering. I liked how you also showed this flight since I'm going to ride one too!
5 hours seem fairly long. I had about 3 hour layover. So, I went to one of the credit card lounges instead. There were a few lounging areas with massage chairs, shower rooms, and daybeds for you to nap. There were many shops if you enjoy shopping. I also noticed a number of restaurants if you love food.
Thanks for the great video. After watching a fee of your videos I have decided to fly Korean Airlines from LAX to BKK in August (2024). My wife and I will be flying on the A-380 from LAX to ICN, and then on the 777 max to BKK. Is there a difference in sest width and leg room between the two planes?
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it and found it helpful. I must say that the seat width were about the same. But, 777 has 9 seats vs A380 has 10 seats across. So, from perspective, it can feel a bit crowded on 380s.
Thanks for sharing this video! I'd like to ask, where was the headphone jack on the seat? I haven't seen it in any video and wanted to confirm if it was just the regular headphone jack or it uses those weird 2 prong airplane jack. I'll appreciate your response!
But, I think the check in allowances depend on the fare type or the airline you bought the ticket from. I bought directly from Delta since they are partnered with Korean. Upon checkin at BKK, I was asked to pay extra for the second checked bag. I had to show the agent my receipt which clearly stated that two checked bags were allowed.

Without doubt, Korean Airlines is my first choice when traveling to Asia. Not the cheapest, but well worth a few more dollars considering everything.
Agreed!!! Definitely enjoyed the seat comfort and meals.

What about. Cathay. ???
Or Eva. This product looks old and in desperate need of an upgrade.
This is exciting 🤩🤩 I'm going to have my 1st flight with Korean air next week ♥️🙏♥️🎉🎉
That’s so exciting! Have a great flight.
A top notch video from start to finish !

good trip report inspite it being a night flight. Expecting more from you in 2024
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. I will have a few US domestic flight reports coming up in 2024. Stay tuned!!
Those Korean noodles look good! I am flying to Seoul in April. I am excited to try Korean air food.

Thank you so much! I’m sorry you didn’t have a good experience with KE because of the weather. Hopefully, you can take another flight with them soon.
I like that you don’t keep showing your face like Jeb Brooks! Great video!!

Hi! Thank you for your comment! I actually don’t remember. But, you’re in luck. I’m flying KE in a couple of days and will let you know.
@@TipsyFlyer thanks! Let me know and have a safe flight!
Thank you! It was another nice flight. I didn’t get to fly the 777 this time. But, it was single prong headset on both of my flights.
did you check in a bag? How much meals did you get on this flight. How was the customer service and seat comfort
Hi there! Yes, I checked in two luggage. We had two full meals and a light snack in between. Seat was big and comfortable for me.

Flying this kind of plane from Vegas to Seoul. Thanks for the look-see!
Am I required to wear a mask into Seoul?
Not anymore!!!
Thanks for the video. Can I know what was your seat number?

Thanks

How was the comfort on this flight
Very good! Wide seats with comfortable pitch. Food was good also.
What time of night did you leave? Because I might be going and I want to be alone lol

Aloha!!! 🌺🌺🌺
I fly often from IAD to ICN and prefer KA Prestige Class over Delta One, service and comfort.
That’s good to know! Thank you for sharing!
What's the story on masks? Mandatory, or on a volunteer basis?
It was mandatory back in 2022. But, voluntary now.
No Wi-Fi. ?????!!
That’s correct.
Yuk
@@toniwertman4818 haha it wasn’t bad though. The IFE was sufficient and there were three meal services. Good time to unwind.

Nice but why are they still wearing disgusting masks ?????
This video was taken in December 2022. Shortly after this flight, they removed the mask mandate.

Overrated. Shitty In flight entertainment and no freaking wi-fi. Food is good though.
I agree about the entertainment options though. Not too many options. But, the extra wide seats and great pitch made a lot of difference.
