I have the A9 Plus with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. I really like it! Also, I enjoy your reviews, it's like getting tech advice from a knowledgeable friend. I like that you review budget and mid range devices bc it's not always best to buy flagship ones. Keep up the good work!
Thank you. It seriously means a lot! Your comment is very kind
hi is there any problem with playing games such as Brawl Stars etc.. ? i read about multi Touch screen's errors ?
Great channel , Great Simple comparing
Thanks! Appreciate you
Very good easy to understand video.
Thanks so much
Thank you! Great info
Thank you so much
Thank you for your excellent reviews. I bought the 8GB one and it's awesome. Samsung needs to do more of this. I had the A7 and it died quickly. I'd never had one of Samsung's tablets do this. Crashes until the end of the moon and the charging ability stopped first. I look forward to your upcoming reviews.
Thank you for being subscribed for so long! It means a lot. Yeah the 8GB version is awesome.
@@AndroidDigest Are you going to get the A9+ 5G
I personally won't. Because I have no need for 5G. I literally press one button, turning on my mobile hotspot on my phone, and I can get my tablet instantly connected. So I don't really see it importance for a 5G model, that just means I have to pay more money for the tablet to work on the internet
Superb video and beautiful tablet 👍 Personally, and following your advice among others, I opted for the S8 when my choice was between the S9FE and the S9.
The S8 is great 👍
Great choice!
@@AndroidDigest Thank you very much 👍 I bought it new in the store in a pack with the book cover without the keyboard. I'm discovering it and I'm delighted, I'm not specialized in technology and I still have to learn how to control it because for me it's like a Ferrari or a Porsche!
The 8GB version is more that enough. IF you want to do more multi-tasking or run resource intense games set the refresh rate to 60hz it lets games play at higher settings AND you can get as much as 90 min more SoT.
It really is a pleasant surprise in every possible way
But what about the 4GB model?
very fair and reasonable review. Thanks a bunch!
Thanks! Appreciate it
What I like about the A9+ is the entertainment value it offers for the price. I am a mainstream gamer of sorts but not on a tablet... But what this tablet does offer is still very huge. I can still run my Emulators NES, SNES and N64. My Bluetooth Xbox controller works just fine. But mostly I use this tablet for Content. TH-cam, Netflix... etc. Still a great tablet for someone on the road a lot. I have the 8GB Ram and 128 Storage with a 512GB SD card for movies and more.
Sounds awesome for your needs. I'm glad you're enjoying it. It's definitely great for entertainment
The 8gb model was on sale for 229 that is a crazy good deal . Its great for TH-cam, emails , browsing the web , light gaming. Easy i bought 2
Especially with how much better it is compared to last year. I love it
Thank you for the vids on the Samsung A9+. I just purchased the A9+ w/8gb RAM.
I think you'll really enjoy it! It's a great budget tablet for sure
Thank you. Truthful review
I'm trying! Thank you
Great video! I got the 8 gig model on Amazon for 219 overnight shipping and 5 payments of 44.00 month . I think I will need the extra ram 😊
Enjoy it!
Great to have found your channel.
Being disable, I am planning to use this tablet to most just video call my granddaughter.
Getting one for her and one for me. Wound the 4g be fine for that? Video calls could be as much as a few hours at a time,
Or would it be best to go 8g?
Thank you
Oh that would be just fine for video calling. It wouldn't give you any issues at all. You will just need a Gmail account, and then you can download an app like Google meet. You could also video call on a Facebook Messenger if she has that
I’ve been on the fence for A9 Or FE because of ram!! Good to know the 128gb has 8gb ram!! I can happily settle with the A9+ it seems!!
Yeah the FE does have a little bit of a screen improvement, and a little bit more performance and an a pen. But there's a cost to upgrading obviously. The A9+ is good enough though for most especially with that extra ram
Easy answer as far as 4GB of ram being a non-issue, just don't have a bunch of apps running in the background at the same time. I don't see why that's super essential for most people in the age of smartphones, tablets, and computers that are interconnected to phones so you can get your notifications there with Link to Windows. If I wanna multitask I will have one program open on my tablet, one program open on my phone, one window open on my left monitor, and one window open on my right monitor. I don't need 7 things running on my 4G of ram tablet. There's no reason why anyone 'needs' 8GB of ram, just don't be lazy and close out apps you aren't using lol. I don't think most people hold onto a tablet for more than a couple of years before they upgrade so I'm not concerned about 'future proofing'. I got the 5G 4GB ram / 64Gb model coming in Graphite from T-Mobile soon. Can't wait to throw tempered glass and a case on it and start customizing it! I'm coming from the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite
Yeah this is at least a little bit of an upgrade from that tablet. Hope you enjoy it!
Bought this tablet for media consumption and playing games. Able to connect my ps5 dual sense controller to it and play games
This is definitely great for that!
:) THANKS for sharing! Just got the 4gb model on 'sale' $159. Really NICE Tablet and so far, 4gb seems to be fine for me:) LOVE the Tablet1
Thanks for sharing. People need to hear this. The 4GB can still be good
Will be good for drawing?
@@Tsukiomiyaki Thanks, but not sure as I don't draw, and it doesn't support S Pen for more accuracy, just a normal stylus. ALL the BEST!
Am considering the 4Gb A9+ and trying to take your review into account. I don't expect to use more than 2-3 open apps at a time (and seldom that many!), don't expect to play any high-end games, but will mostly stream videos and use my browser for email and articles. So my questions is--do browser tabs count as much as separate apps re memory? Because I often have more than 2-3 tabs open at the same time.
Thanks!
I honestly think you would be fine with the 4 gb. If somehow you have issues with it, you could always return it and get the 8 gb. Whether it's amazon, samsung, best buy, they all have good return policies and they won't charge restocking fees. But feel free to check the links in the description and pick the right one for you. But I would definitely recommend the 4 GB model for you. You could have plenty of browser tabs open and not have issues depending on what's on those tabs
@@AndroidDigest Thank you SO MUCH for your prompt reply--and I want to compliment you on the fact that all your answers have been patient and kind, especially to us non-techies out here in the wilderness! You must be a hell of a nice guy!
4Gb of ram is not enough, period. Will 4gb work? Yes. Will it be slow? Heck yeah. Not worth it.
I always get the higher ram. I still have the 1st tab A. It has 2gb ram. I just bought the Galaxy tab s9. I went with the 256 gb storage with 12gb ram instead of the 128gb storage with 8gb ram.
8GB is plenty for this tab and it works great!
@@AndroidDigest no doubt👍
How's the tab s9?
@@tevii3514 I love the S9 great screen, very fast processor, GPU, and 12g. Ram its very fast.
I have tab s7 4g 6ram 128 giga.i would like to upgrate but not to spend much money for tab s9.is it worth to buy a9+ with 8ram instead of s7 tab?
Agree with everything you say
Appreciate you
It has a dex support so basically it becomes the laptop kind of in that case go for 8gb model it will be much much smoother and more productive with dex also 128 gb storage will be helpful 64 gb is less also you can gi to developer option and in that you can select install apps on sd card .with this it becomes your laptop specifically for those who work on documents and emails.
I agree. The extra ram helps
hi is there any problem with playing games such as Brawl Stars etc.. ? i read about multi Touch screen's errors ?
I've heard about multitouch issues a couple times in my comments, just not something I experienced. It does decent with some basic games. I think most Android games are meant to be used on lower end hardware anyway. But I can't guarantee that for every game obviously. I didn't test the one you're talking about for example
You've forgot to mention that Galaxy Tab A9+ like many other Samsung devices from 2022 or even earlier they have an extra function in Settings called RAMplus when you can add max 8GB extra virtual RAM memory by decreasing Flash memory capacity and that works great becuase I use it on my phone I know 64GB flash is not much in 4GB model but it as a MicroSD slot so that problem can be also solved easily
From my experience, just being honest, RAM Plus is a gimmick. I've heard some people even suggest it's even making devices slower. I haven't seen any noticeable improvements with it personally so that's why I don't mention it. Virtual RAM is slower than physical RAM. So it may store more apps in memory but it can still slow down your device. Android police suggests this too www.androidpolice.com/samsung-ram-plus-phone-how-to-disable/
I got the 4gb, and returned it. Because I notice while tapping on letters it was not as fast as I wanted it. Its on sale now, and is a 40 dollar difference for 4gb more. Enough to want to pay for that speed
Yes. I would definitely say it's worth it for pretty much anyone at that price
Hello, my English is a bit weak, I did not understand the video very well. Is there much difference between the two options?
Only when you have a lot of applications running at the same time. If you like to run a lot of apps or games at the same time. Get the 8gb model
Hi @Android Digest ✌🏻
I'm starting a YT Channel for clips from my friends long YT live streams.
Would this A9+ handle me downloading his 5-7hr lives, so I can then use something like CapCut or VN to clip parts to re upload to the new YT clip channel?
I am a novice 🤦🏻♀️😂
Honestly, it's hard to say. I haven't done extensive testing with capcut on longer videos. And it also depends on if you're editing 1080P videos or 4K. If it was 1080p videos, I would think you would be okay, assuming you're just cutting it down and not adding footage on top of it. But I can't guarantee that. And the s9 Fe would probably be a little more of a sure bet. And if you do want to try the A9 Plus for it, I would get the 8 GB of RAM model
@@AndroidDigest
Thank you so much for the reply, I really appreciate it 🤗
Hmmm ... I wonder if it has a recording function so I can just screen record the clips I need 🤔
The SD 695 deserves 8Gb RAM. No worries with future apps, games and Android updates as the amount of aplications open.
I'm with you
I respect the heck out of the A9+ 128/8gb. About 200 bucks gets you a great tablet for basic tablet things, and best I can tell, it does them well enough that you really don't need any more. When Apple's cheapest tablet (available new today) is $30 more for a model with 64/3gb, on a smaller screen, no expandable memory, it makes it that much more impressive Samsung can offer you these specs for this price. Not that Apple's iPad 9 is a rip off or anything, its chip is twice as fast - but for the sorts of things I'd be doing on a tablet without a keyboard or stylus, the A9+ chip seems plenty.
That said, I don't think it's for me. While I don't use the S Pen on my phone often, I like having the option. I also would like a larger screen, which the A series doesn't offer. I'm planning to get the S9+ FE soon, since it's available refurbished for $380. An extra $150 for a stylus, larger screen, better chip/speakers/display, and IP68? Based on Apple math we know the stylus is $130, so the display/chip/speaker improvements and IP68 must be a $20 upgrade - I'd be silly not to.
I'm happy with this comment. I want people to find the Right devices for them. And it sounds like you found exactly what you need. Like you, I normally want just a little more than the A9 plus even though it's pretty much enough for everyone. That brings you up to the Fe series, and at that point it's just about screen size. So it sounds like you are on the right track to get exactly what you need. And that's a super good Price refurbished. I got one from Best Buy for like 375 open box and that's when it was on sale for $500 new.
Would you get the Tab A9 plus or the S7 FE?
That's a tough call. And I really think it depends on what you value. Remember the s7fe is the bigger device. And that will mean a lot to some people. It also comes with an spen. But I believe it's all out of Android updates. And the tab a9 plus I believe is going to have two more updates and 4 years of security updates. I would say they're pretty close in speed. The screen quality might be a little better on the s7fe but the refresh rate is better on the a9 Plus. It's a really close call honestly. I tend personally to care a lot about software updates so I would probably go with the a9 Plus. But I can understand someone caring a little bit less about that and preferring the bigger device with the stylus. I did all of this with voice texting. So if anything came out bad, my bad
Hello sir
How is its performance. Display Quality, Audio sound Quality, battery backup.
Got to watch the full review. I go over most of that. Didn't go over the audio quality. But that's pretty good too!
@@AndroidDigest is 4gb goid for only watching youtube video or better with 8gb? Thanks
It's more than good enough for just watching TH-cam videos. I wouldn't worry about what other people are saying. RAM only involves multitasking and opening up a bunch of applications at the same time. If you're really just going to TH-cam, you're not going to fill up your RAM just watching TH-cam, and no software, even one or two years down the line should change that
Can you do comparison a9+ vs ipad 10th gen?
I might need to at some point. Getting a lot of requests 🤣
Thanks.....
Absolutely! Thank you
Super cool video
I actually own the A9 plus, I have for 3 weeks now. Already ordered the S9 plus 512g.
I really like the A9plus it's a great tab and I'm happy it was my first. But compared to my S23 ultra phone it wasn't quite up to snuff.
In particularly the display
Thanks so much
Hey, I have found the tab A9 with 128/8 gb ram for 180 Euro and the new tab S6 lite 2024 with 64/4 gb for 269 Euro which I should buy? Tab s6 lite 2024 have the Exynos 1280 while Tab A9 has Helio G99
The s6 lite would be better. If you're okay with not having the s pen, I would still try to find the a9 plus though
@@AndroidDigest I had the Tab A9+ 1 month ago and I had multi touching issues other users of the tablet has the same issues because of that i have the both options between Tab s6 lite 2024 and Tab a9
I have a tab a 10.1 2016 .ill buy the tab a9 6/64 is a big big upgrade for me😊
In the US at least, it's 4GB/64 . But regardless of what model you get you should be happy. It's a good device
Would you say for 250 to 300 this is the best tablet for youtube movie watching and checking my cameras at home and some gaming
Honestly, yes. I really would. If you find a really good sale on the S9 FE sometimes it goes on sale for $350 or so. That's a steal. But the A9+ goes on sale a lot
Does higher RAM make gaming performance stronger in terms of graphics and frame?
Depending on the game it could help a little bit. It does depend on the game. It can't help a little bit. But I wouldn't think it would be that significant in most games
Hello do this tablet support 9v charging or 5v?
I guess I don't get why that's a big deal? Different fast charging technologies may charge at different volts but either way, the way to measure speed is normally through the watts
@@AndroidDigest Can the 64gb handle TH-cam Googe Gmail and Rocket League or do i need 128gb
Looking for a tablet for my daughter, how well would this play roblox, minecraft, other random mobile games?
I think you would do great with those games. Those are pretty low-power games in my experience. My daughter plays Roblox on her tablet and it works just fine. She has the a9+
@@AndroidDigest
Does she have the 4gb version or 8gb?
can you compare S7 FE( 4GB ) and S6 lite 2022?
Well I can't right now just because of a ton of videos! But I'll say the S7 FE is definitely a better tablet overall, and a tablet I'd recommend more, with that being said, it may be out of software updates (or it's close) and I'd recommend the S9 FE if you can find a good sale/open box deal through best buy.
@@AndroidDigest S9 FE exceed my budget ..but S7 FE 4GB not good enough for multitasking,as some people said it doesn't have enough ram memory.
So this tablet with 8GB Ram is good for occasional gaming and movies?
Well gaming needs a few things, processing power, gpu power, and ram. The extra ram won't change the other stuff. But it is an important factor and it will help. So it's nice to have. It's still going to play games on lower settings but it should be smoother overall
@@AndroidDigest Witch tablet to buy at 250-350€ for occasional gaming and movies?
I would go for 128 for storage.
I have the A8 64gb... is trash, is slow as hell these days, it is this A9+ a real improvement?
Yes. Massive massive massive improvement. I haven't seen that much of a jump in one generation in a long time. I don't mean to hype it up like crazy, the truth is, the A8 was just very very bad with performance. I didn't tear it down in my review because it's still okay for some basic stuff. But it's very very slow. This is much better. The s9fe would be a huge huge upgrade for you. But if you can't swing it, the A9 plus is still a pretty massive upgrade this year. About the same screen quality, but a 90 HZ refresh rate and a much faster processor
@@AndroidDigest Thanks for the feedback!
It's the a9+ because it's the bigger version of the regular a9 which is about 8 inches screen size.
But the reason it's a little bit odd is because the A7 lite is being replaced by the Galaxy Tab a9. The Galaxy Tab A8 is being replaced by the A9 Plus. They basically changed the whole naming structure. Also, think about it, the Galaxy Tab S9 plus is a 12.4 in device. The Galaxy Tab s9fe plus is a 12.4 in device. But this plus model is only an 11 inch device. Normally the plus models are bigger, that's why the A7 lite had its own unique name. The main point is, it's just a little odd. Even though it's understandable
Was thinking about upgrading my s6 lite 2022 to the a9+ but I decided I'm not willing to sacrifice the s pen
You can use generic capacitive stylus pen
I get it. I heard a rumor that a new S6 Lite 2024 may be releasing soon. Be on the lookout, some interesting leaks came out today.
The S6 lite runs Android 14 & UI 6.0. Still a very enjoyable tablet. Yet the A9+ (8/128) is a much zippier experience. Maybe skip a generation and wait for the S9 FE to be discounted (8Gb RAM).
A S6 lite 2024 version is imho just rumour nobody can back up. The S9 FE is the new S6 lite and the A9+ sits more or less inbetween (no pen no IP).
@@user-jy3io4iz2p Samsung verified it's coming we just don't know when
here the A9 costs
$250 for 4gb ram and 64gb storage
or
$400 for 8gb and 128gb storage
Would it be worth it to get the 8gb version?
That's tough. Normally it's a $100 difference. At $150 it's tough. It would be worth it to some people. Not everyone. It's hard for me to speak for you. If you question it a lot, if you have the money, I'd recommend just doing what makes you happy but don't feel bad if you get the 4gb. It's still great
@@AndroidDigest thanks for the quick reply I found one for $325 8gb/128 combo and ordered it
Tab A9+ with 4/64 gb better than the redmi pad SE 8/255? Does ram matter a lot ? Otherwise I think Samsung A9+ is better in all other aspects
The RAM only matters with gaming, since it may use all your RAM at once. Or intensive applications. Or when storing apps in memory. Like being able to have 5 apps open and go back and forth between them without reloading, vs 12 apps. Ram helps with making sure you won't have to re load the apps. The processor makes sure everything loads faster the first time. And reloads faster when it does reload. I'd pick the more powerful device with less RAM personally. I'd pick the A9+ but it's pretty close. The A9+ has a better gpu for gaming. Better performance. And a similar screen. I'd go a9+. Even with less RAM.
Yep got the 128gb model for the price of the 64 gb model the 8gb of ram make a big difference 4gb on android sucks
Glad you're enjoying it
I'm really glad I sprung for the 8gb model
Awesome. Enjoy it!
can it increase extra Ram with SDcard ?
No. While this may be able to use "virtual RAM". To be honest, I find that its pretty useless. RAM is RAM and using storage for RAM is not all that effective. Some people even find their devices are faster if they turn those features off. All that to say. I just wouldn't recommend it, even if the tablet allowed you to use SD card storage for virtual RAM
I'm thinking of buying the tab a9+ 128GB version with my tax refund money. I currently have the A7 32GB. Would you say it's a performance improvement I would notice?
Absolutely. A huge huge upgrade. Check my full review. I think it's pretty major even from the A8
@@AndroidDigest So I ended up buying the 128Gb and so far it's amazing. My only complaint is that dex isn't as useful as I thought it was going to be. If I have a video on a tv app running and another window pops into the foreground it doesn't let the video on the background window continue to play. Other than that it's great.
can A9 with 4gb do good job with Facebook, youtube, whatsapp, instagram ?
browsing and chating without gaming ?
For sure. The only issue with 4GB is having several apps open at the same time, and maybe some will need to reload. But It's just as fast when opening up apps and when scrolling through them initially. The 8GB just allows you to keep more apps open in the background
im asking about A9 not A9+ , i think you gave me the answer for A9 Right ? @@AndroidDigest
Yeah I guess it was for the A9 Plus because that's what this video is on. Wasn't thinking the a9. I still think the A9 could do okay for the basics. But it will have a lower resolution screen and it's slower than the A9 Plus. So I can't say for sure until I test it out but I think it would do okay for that personally
I just
Ordered the 8gb Ram one. Because I want to use this to dedicate and watch all The different podcasts and videos I watch And 4 GB Ram may be good for a child but definitely not for me LO. L. It is a very good price for 8 GB of Ram. And 128 of storage.
Nothing wrong with getting that extra ram. Hope you enjoy it
I decided to go with 4gb/ 64gb bc I am using it in the classroom from time to time. Only to play educational games and research.
No game playing at all
Sounds like a good decision, hope you enjoy it!
More Ram is always better I always go for more little Ram will not cut it
Yeah extra ram is nice
I just got one last night.i got 128 gb storage
Hope you enjoy it
lol the reason to go for the higher configuration, is because 4gb is shit, and 64gb storage is really a blast from the past too
Well that's a blunt way to put it 😂😂 but either way, glad you're sharing
@@AndroidDigest just facts haha, spend that little extra and your device is much better
dont underestimate the average non techy user (old people) that have pages and pages of non sense apps and open as many apps as possible without closing unused apps. these users use up all the ram like its nothing. then complain about “lag”. these kinds of users need at least 8gb of ram if not more just to catch up with user’s bad habits.
It will definitely help a lot of people. To get the extra ram if they can
I always get extra RAM beyond 4GB. Futureproof updates of OS and app bloat. My Chrome OS won't work smoothly with Android app and Chrome browser running at the same time.
I have the A9+ and it's almost identical in performance to my Lenovo P11 Plus 4GB/64GB the UI experience is almost night & day between the two. The main reason the P11 Plus is my daily is because I have a high speed 512GB SD card set as internal storage.
For the class of tablets they are both are dream machines because the P11 Plus is a lightly skinned UI and the A9+ has One UI & DeX
8GB is great
I just brought with 4gb RAM by mistake. Feeling sad
First off, don't stress, they have return policies in most places you buy from, secondly. It's still great for the money. Don't stress too much.
Who fkin has loads of aps open. Try a pc with 4meg of ram. 🙄
You need a new camera. Your Vid looks like 720. Not even close to 1080. They have 4K now........
Do you have 4K turned on on the TH-cam settings 😂😂😂. I shoot my videos in 4K you know. You probably don't even have 4K turned on 😂
Honor x9 pad is better
Price?
And it's also not easily available in the US. In the US our options are pretty limited.
I'm watching on a fucking galaxy tab a8
I'm sorry, it's rough in these streets! They made a huge leap this year!
I bought an A8 4GB RAM 128 GB storage last year and find it fits my needs fine. I won't consider upgrading until I'm struggling to meet my needs. Hopefully, that will be in 5+ years time (the longer, the better). New models are always better than the previous ones, so there's always the perception that what I've got is outdated - which triggers the desire to upgrade. But if my current tablet is doing what I want without difficulty, then it's just a waste of money to do that. And upgrading prematurely contributes to the e-waste mountain.
But I didn't expect you to Reply
But I I have a Galaxy tab 8 64g and 4 Gigabytes ram
And two only 1gb of ram🥲
Left
Its too big. Not for me at all
Yeah, it's 11", and may be too big for some people.
I was coaxed into getting the 4 gigabyte RAM version from a T-Mobile rep and I severely regret it. This tablet is the slowest laggiest piece of shit😂😂😂 I still have my Galaxy tab s6 and it is light years faster and happier than this piece of shit. Do not waste your money
You have 14 days to return. In your case I would highly recommend it. Because it's not free. You're paying for service for 2 years. It's better to pay whatever fee they charge you to return it. If you still have time..
It's like I say in My tab A9 Plus review. It's all about expectations. I'm guessing you have a flagship smartphone. And you had a flagship tablet from a few years ago. So a few years into the future you might expect the same quality from a budget tablet. But that's not really realistic. It won't have AMOLED, and it will be slower too. So even the 4 GB version is going to feel pretty slow to you.
If you walked in the shoes of people who bought the Tab A8 last year, you would be so freaking thrilled. This is light years ahead of the budget tablets from even the past couple of years, even the 4 GB of RAM version. But since you've crossed those waters and you've had some better devices, I get why you would be disappointed. I'd recommend returning if you can
@@AndroidDigest thanks! I haven't had a flagship Samsung device in a very long time. I currently still have my Google pixel 6 pro( amazing little phone, never lags super buttery smooth always) and Motorola razr( it's kind of glitchy every once in awhile. Pixel 6 pro still outperforms the razor in every aspect) this tablet I decided to get as a media player for my car so I expected the Galaxy tab a9 to at least perform normally ( no lag) but this tablet is so laggy and bogged down there's like a 1 and 1/2 second delay between touch response!! That's really annoying when I'm in my car trying to set my Google maps or even choose a song on TH-cam while I'm driving. It's just strange because I've had 10 year old tablets that outperform this piece of crap Galaxy tab a 9. It's been a long time since I've bought a tablet, my last tablet that I bought was the Galaxy tab 6 and I still have it and it is so much more smoother and performs way better. I was just really surprised that's how underwhelming this a9 tablet is.
Okay, are you referring to the A9 or A9 Plus? The A9 is definitely slow. Just making sure we're both talking about the A9 Plus. If so, that's weird, because I don't have a 2 second touch delay or anything. Could be a bugged device or something. Keep in mind even the Pixel 6 Pro was essentially a top end phone for it's time. Sounds like you maybe have a dud. Unless you just got the regular A9.. If that's the case, well, yeah, that's going to be slower.
@@AndroidDigest it's the a9 plus 5g.
I had an A8 (2022), sold it and got an iPad Air 5. The iPad wipes the floor with the Samsung.
The A8, it was pretty terrible to be honest as far as performance. This is significantly better by a large margin. iPads will still have a lot more power for the money. But power isn't everything and some people will prefer the OS on Android.
Don't know what you are talking about..for the price point, Samsung galaxy a9 plus out preforms..
@@jeffreyjuneau1959 you don’t know what I’m talking about because you haven’t compared the two devices I mentioned in my initial comment. Was the iPad more expensive? Absolutely. Was it worth the extra money? Absolutely. I’m not being an Android hater, I’ve owned more Android tablets in the last decade vs iPads.
@@AndroidDigest oh absolutely, I’m not saying iPad OS is better. Just in general the iPad (even the iPad 9 that I used to have) has better ram management and outperformed the A8. It seems sometimes that Android tablets need 8gb of ram to keep up with an Apple tablet that has 3/4gb. The air 5 has 8gb. So it’s pretty much unstoppable.
maybe stop comparing a 250$ device to a 600$ one? obviously the 2nd one is gonna be way better
