    For me , it was both the price and the fact that it includes both a MicroSD slot and a 3.5mm Jack
    i get why some companies might remove them from phones , but its insane to not include both in a TABLET

    As per usual: it all depends on how you use your devices, as for me, the A9 plus does its job flawlesdly, I don't use 5 apps simultaneously (nobody is really multitasking, or else it's shoddy work), my daily tasks are newspaper reading, emails, casual games, TH-cam, and for those activities, the tab is fine.

      Agreed. I own 2 Tab 8 ultras one being the 8gb ram and other is the 16 gb ram which I only flop from 3 apps or split screen on 2 apps at once. No one in real world uses 30 apps running in the background at the same time. was considering this for a family member just for casual media as our ultras we use for work but this tab looks nice

    I like my Samsung Tab A9+ it’s very good for the price. Got it for $27 out the door from T-Mobile (my carrier) it’s and it’ll be $11 a month to me that’s not bad

    :) THANKS MUCH for sharing! WELL DONE indeed! I have it on my wish list for sure JUST for the tethering to S10e? I will have to see if it supports DEX and if so, DONE :) ALL the BEST and Cheers!

    I think a good alternative to this tablet would be the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. It's usually around $300 USD; but can be bought for around $200 USD during sales. And it comes with a S pen and integrated pen features.

    Hi. Can it handle long time playing music using jet audio player at some gigs and editing music at same time? Do you think i can trust it before i buy?

    • @HowToDoItTech
      @HowToDoItTech  หลายเดือนก่อน

      So, I haven't stress tested in that kind of way but best guess is you'd get four to five hours of solid screen on time while you're trying to edit music. However, it feels like even with music editing (smaller files) the A9+ would be too underpowered not to run into issues. I can't say for sure as it's not something I've tried to do. However, I definitely wouldn't attempt video editing with it.

      @@HowToDoItTech i think its better that I put my hands in my pocket and get the s9 fe. What you think?

    • @HowToDoItTech
      @HowToDoItTech  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yep, that would definitely be a better productivity option in my opinion. You'll definitely notice the difference between the two even working with audio files. If you have really high demands for productivity, I'd recommend the S9 but it's a lot more expensive. You can check out my video here: th-cam.com/video/fv8Kd9QGSvk/w-d-xo.html

    Should I go for the 64gb 4gb ram or 128gb 8gb ram. Would mainly use it for netflix, youtube, word, ...

    • @HowToDoItTech
      @HowToDoItTech  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If you're just doing one thing at a time, the base model will have more than enough performance for what you need. You might see some slow-down/responsiveness issues if you're writing in Word and streaming at the same time (using PiP). If you intend to use it for multiple activities at the same time, go for the 8GB version instead.

    The A9+ is not really a midrange tablet but an entry range tablet.
    Mid would be the S9FE

    What would you advise someone to buy between a9+ and redmi pad SE

    • @HowToDoItTech
      @HowToDoItTech  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I haven't had a chance to try the Redmi pad SE personally. I looked at the specification in comparison the A9+ and the CPU and GPU are slightly older. If you have the same amount of RAM and the prices are close, it would suggest that the A9+ would be the better option.

    Is 64 gb good for youtube & watching movies, series etc.?

    • @HowToDoItTech
      @HowToDoItTech  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      So, the 64GB just relates to the internal storage (apps, photos, videos, documents, etc.). The key for video playback will be the CPU, GPU, and the available RAM. What I will say is that if you're streaming on the 4GB RAM base model A9+ like the one in my video, it's absolutely fine. No issues once the stream is underway.

      For 4GB/64GB,What about open two apps like microsoft office word 365 and mindmapp app simultaneously?
      My plan is to use it to read book using microsoft office and make a mind map of it. Two split screen at a time.

    • @HowToDoItTech
      @HowToDoItTech  หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@muhammadabdulmalik8009 Ultimately from my testing I would not recommend this tablet for multitasking. The next model up with more RAM might be a better option but I haven't reviewed the device myself.

    I'm not a fan of fast charging because I believe it degrades the battery quicker. I have heard that the battery takes a long time to charge and it is true. However, I have purchased a 30 watt charging brick and that seems to speed it up a little.

    • @HowToDoItTech
      @HowToDoItTech  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So, the max power supply supported is 15W according to Samsung's manual. That should be with a 3A cable. However, fast charging isn't necessarily the cause of degradation but it's the number of times you charge a battery. However, on a basic level faster charging can produce more heat that in turn degrades battery life. Plus Samsung tablets also include some options like stopping charging at 80% to prolong your battery life.

      @@HowToDoItTech Purchased the tablet today and it came with a 40% charge...plugged it in 4 hours ago and it has increased 20%...(*fast charging is enabled in the settings) and I have tried various outlets (PC, Mains Socket USB port, laptop etc, )to see if it makes a difference but no. this is WAY TOO SLOW to charge. might give NR's tip a go so!

    • @HowToDoItTech

      @@HowToDoItTech I started with the original cable, then after reading this post, switched to a 30W charging brick...that died about an hour later, back to the original cable I went...It's now 7 hrs in, and only at 72%...and the tablet keeps flickering between 2.5hrs to fully charge and 5.5hrs to fully charge, so not sure what the hell is going on!
