The National Vice chairman of the National Resistance Movement, Alhaji Moses Kigongo has appealed to the people of Hoima to work as a team in the ongoing By-elections for the district LC V chairperson Hoima.
Alhaji Kigongo made the appeal while presiding over the Hoima district NRM delegates conference held at Dwoli Primary School Playground in Kitoba sub county Hoima district.
