Ss bc u can blame other crewmates. It also allowes u to kill in any room regaurdless if players are in there,

Both are useful cuz
Phantom: can be useful when you kill a crewmate in a location without vents
Shapeshifter: useful when someone starts to frame you when your shapeshifter then you can shapeshift into the person framing you then you can kill a crewmate in a horde of crewmates to make them think that the person framing you is imposter
