He's used to stabbing people with their pain inhibitors on. Just poke em till they fall over, none of this screaming and writhing in pain stuff, nobody wants to see that.
What I can read from that half opened mouth is a mix of slight concern and annoyance just: "are... are ok dude?" And: "is THIS the guy who took on a metal gear, Mistrial and a robotic pit bull?"
I wish I knew how to animate, I’m just imagining Raiden just sporadically moving his arms, rolling and rocking on the floor in pain, all the while Doktor is just standing there, smiling.
Blender is free and zhere's more tutorials on TH-cam than you can shake a stick at. Source filmmaker is also free and has community made MGRR models. Make us proud.

So fun story, at first I didn't quite think about what the word "inhibitor" meant. So I thought Raiden asked the Doktor to turn off the things that made him experience pain, as to "go all out without restricting himself by the damage he might receive". Turns out he meant the complete opposite, to revel in the pain he can now feel again.

I like to think that this is a part of a "meme" universe, where Raiden and all the boss enemies are "friends" and this is just a normal day. Jetstream Sam materializing onto peoples screens to cut off cringe, Senator Armstrong going strong for election speeches, Raiden getting stabbed billions of times and Sundowner getting off to weird stuff. _Beautiful_ ! Btw, I never played any of the games, I learned the lore trough memes and at least one long video of the lore of entire MGS series, which I have definitely forgotten.
