How to color a mandala. Mandala coloring tutorial.
1. Set your intention. An intention can be anything you want, a wish, a goal;
2. Start coloring from inside out or from the outside in or color by sections;
3. Pick the colors randomly or with your eyes closed and go with the flow;
4. Be aware and notice your emotions;
5. Name or write down your emotions;
6. Let yourself to be completely absorbed by the beauty of the Mandala;
7. At the end when the Mandala Art is finished you will feel the beauty of The Color of Joy.
This is not a how to color a mandala video, it is more a time-lapse video with coloring a mandala following some simple rules.
This video is for you too. Watch how this empty Mandala is filled with color and joy. How this empty Mandala gets life and becomes vivid.
