Man, I just purchased your entire Matriarch bundle, after finally getting the synth last week. I am VERY excited at the thought of re-creating these patches and incorporating them into my own music. The PDF files are very well laid out and look professional. I believe I will learn a LOT about sound design with this inspiring set of sounds.
This is just so awesome. Matriarch when programmed well is truly incredible. Thanks for doing another bank first one is great as well. One request…it would be helpful for both banks if you could include midi as well as audio demos for each patch. Occasionally I’ve had a bit of trouble replicating the sound because the pattern is sometimes key to it sounding the same. Regardless, instant buy for me
Thank you for the feedback. Many examples are recorded live. And actually, for arps, there's nothing interesting. There are just long notes. Any midi pack for pads may probably give a more interesting result. I just want to share things I made on purpose, not the side effects. Sometimes I release sequences/patterns. But in this case, honestly, there's nothing to share
Thank you. Purchasing now. I appreciate you taking the time to put this stuff together. Seems like it'll be a very good tool for learning. I do have a question, you have a MIDI file expansion. I just purchased a Matriarch, are these MIDI controls up to date?
I love the sound of this synth and I love what you're doing with it. Thanks a lot, inspiring and seductive. I am planning to buy a Matriarch very soon, and I'm doing some research about it here on ze TH-cam. One thing that came to my mind while listening through the entire video, is that I do get fed up with all the delay all the time. Almost every patch has this dark moogie delay going. I understand why you use it all the time though: pure synth sound with no acoustics whatsoever is even more boring than all the time delay. Which leads me to my only small point of criticism concerning this synth: I wish it just had the spring reverb that the grandmother has instead of this delay. Reverb is more of a functional thing that you just need almost always when the synth is the main focus of the music (in an arrangement you'd more easily have little to no reverb I guess). Delay is like really a delay, and it sounds like it. You need delay when you want to hear delay. You want reverb because often you'd miss it were it not there. Definitely not going to prevent me from getting a Matriarch though. I'll just get a separate spring reverb box to accompany the mothership
Hello, thank you for the feedback. But, I totally disagree with you) I use the delay a lot, as it's very difficult not to use it. It's one of the best delay I've ever heard. You won't find an alternative easily. Or you won't find it at all. For me the Matriarch BBD delay is a big part of the synth not just a spice. You can modulate it or play with audio path. I've got an opposite attitude to the Grandmother spring reverb. I don't like it. I rarely used it. It has no patchpoints to play with. I'd never agree to change Matriarch delay to that reverb.
@@AntonAnru alright, thanks for your take on it! Certainly will experience the delay myself soon. I love personally love the sound of spring reverbs, and I found some sound examples of the grandmother's spring reverb which I found to sound mesmerizingly beautiful. But it is true it has no patch points and therefore limited functionality. And I certainly like how the matriarch delay sounds. Thank you for your videos!

Hello, I've just discover your channel, it's fantastic. I'm considering to purchase this PDF, but for trying to replicate in some way in a Polybrute. will it work? Have you consider to make some patches for a Polybrute?
Thank you for the feedback. Probably in future I'll take polybrute. I don't think it's a good idea to replicate matriarch on polybrute, as the synths are totally different. I doubt there will be any results.

@@AntonAnru Thank you for your answer, i'll be waiting for the polybrute, regards from Chile
I’m at day 2 with my Matriarch. I haven’t even began to touch the patch cords yet. The beast really invites you to instantly explore and create quite easily though. Great video.
the presets are shared in the form of pictures with all parameters, patches, notes. then you should manually recreate presets according to the pictures. you may find an example of a picture in the beginning titles of this video 01:30

Probably. But not soon
Any chance you’ll be releasing some bass/lead patches for Matriarch at some point?
