Love how he says " Dont worry about that plug its for decoding or something, you don't need that" Well you actually do, if you have a Luxury vehicle or German specifically, you do need to utilize the decoder, its a resistor to eliminate dashboard error codes, and hyper flash ( headlights turning off and on)
I just got a pair of these for a 2019 Honda Ridgeline. I love them! (Had to pinch in the connecting wires to get it to work with the h8 sockets so beware and just keep trying it will work eventually.). Took two hours to install and feed the wire to the other side of the fog light. Love how they are dimable and can change back to white Led normally and it remembers the last setting when you turn on the fog lights next. NOTE: That module actually gets really hot like a load resistor so please mount that to a metal surface. My kit only came with the lights I sadly did not get a remote for some reason, but the app is great like you said! Thanks for helping me make my car a little more fun to have. Thanks KLEANTRIX! :)

If the manufacturerer is to be trusted, it shows that each bulb emits 1800 lumens (brightness). If this is accurate, these will do perfectly fine for road driving, considering most halogen (typical yellow-ish) bulbs emit about half as many lumens (900-1000)

If you drive at night with headlights replaced you will not be safe. Only use them on your fog lights or pay for colors headlight bulbs, don’t expect colorful bulbs to be cheaper than your regular bulbs.

I just bought these (for 87$ Canadian even if you click the link in description they are not 37$ anymore) the hb3 9005 version for my day time running bulbs on my 2014 forester xt, I know there is no highbeam function which is fine because my headlamps and fogs are super bright and I rarely ever use the highbeams because they are dim halogen yellow bulbs and my low beams produce way more light. I don’t want to drive with them on, I just want to use them when parked at a carshow. I am super excited to get and install them, I am praying there will be no issues. If anyone has any experience with these and a 2014- 2018 Subaru Forester I would love to hear how they are working for you.
I don’t think I would personally consider that plug and play since you have to have wires and everything hidden and what appears to be a hun hidden. Now if the bulbs could be powered by the car and didn’t need the wires or anything then yeah plug sync to phone or get the remote and boom then it’s plug and play

So I'm looking for a pair of these but I need the headlight function the most. Also how many channels can this control if I wanted to add more bulbs. Converting my high beam to a running light since the bixenon projectors have high beams in them, I can rewire my high beam an fogs an have them run together. Can more than 2 be controlled at the same time, an if so can they be different colors while running together?

I have a Hyundai Tucson, and right now sometimes I drive at night with just my fog lights and the led strip on top, so this will be making demon eyes as cheaply as possible! Will let you guys know how it works out.
These turn off when your key is out correct? I would assume so since it connects directly to headlight wires. Kinda dumb imo because i would never be driving with rgb on only for shows
I have had mine hooked up and worked just fine with the Bluetooth app. After a couple of days normal mode lights work fine, but no longer Bluetooth with app or connect and I never got a remote with mine, does anyone have a solution?
@@GLICIOUS21 realize my response was way too confusing , sorry - these will come on when you flip your car’/ headlight switch regardless of whatever you do to the app/remote UNLESS you turned the brightness all the way down manually on the app/remote. The system also saves the previous color used and will default to loading that color up everyone the lights are turned off snd back on

Sorry to say, but Its risky to have your headlight which requires a separate Remote/app to Power On, not just switch on from the control stalk.

nope they only project about 5 feet even with projection lens. its just good for car shows.

The white light is bright for headlight and normal driving use. I haven’t tried syncing them, however I’m sure they can.

Lol yeah aren't legal if you are using the different colors to drive, however if you are parked it is fine.
