The government role is on horizontal infrastructure which is almost complete the rest is to the investors
You heard the government money was to construct houses? Government money is used to establish the city infrastructure like roads, sewage management, electricity, environment and water.....the rest was left to private investors both locally and internationally
What is wrong if the locals are ready to invest the robust vision since All services infrastructure are there
