Great products...like the lights and the gazebo and smoker the best I think you folks have one ....but the Black Stone Grill is a must have for us. See ya next video...Cheers!
I just ordered the Outland fire bowl along with the propane tank cover and one Club camping chair If I like the chair I will get another one. I didn't get the heated one
Great info...I bought the Gazelle deluxe gazebo, and the Outland fire pit. Had a backyard test of the gazebo and fire pit the first day. We cooked s’mores. Wanted you to know both are kid tested and kid approved. They had a blast.
We just took delivery of our first ever travel trailer and are set to start camping on our weekends and vacations, will be purchasing a couple things on your list for sure.
We also love our GMG Davy Crockett for camping and have a Daniel Boone at home. I didn't like the folding legs on the Davy Crockett and took them off. I use a $20 lightweight folding work table from Harbor Freight to set the Davy Crockett on and get it up to a comfortable height. Works great.
Could u plz do a video about how to pack ALL ur RV items, for safe transportation. Gazebo, fire pit, smoker, electric bikes, big chairs with cushions & tools
I love all of stuff you just showed. Very nice. I just have one question about the repellent it’s a lotion. Does it a odor to it like a repellant? I have never heard of that. Thank you for this video.
Hi Sherri! Thank you so much for the kind words. The repellent is a lotion and has a very mild smell and you don't smell it at all once it's on. Hope that helps!
NEW HERE. YOU HIT ON ALL THE STUFF THAT I HAVE. BEEN LOOKING HARD FOR A SMOKER AND HAVE A MILLION SUGGESTIONS...LOL TOO MANY. BTW.. THE FIREPLACE IS SUCH A GREAT ADD.... THERE ARE NIGHTS THAT IT JUST MAKES CAMPING SO MUCH EASIER HAVE3 JUST SUBBED. WATCHED 100%. ENJOYED.. I DO SUPERHOT PEPPERS, CAMPING AND JUNK. CHEERS.
I just stumbled upon your video. I have an awning on my motorhome, can the pop up tent go underneath it? I do not want to drill holes on the side of the motorhome to install a screen room.
Thank you for solving many First World problems! Nothing here I haven't done without for 4 decades of camping. If this is the worst of your problems, you have it pretty damn easy.
Nice Infomercial!!!! I added the chairs to my RV wish list from the first video you showed them. My camping season starts next weekend. Building a trailer pad on my lake front property so we can start using it while we are waiting to build our retirement home. TIMBER!!!! tree drop weekend.
Some awesome tips I've been looking for good chairs I have tried a bunch. Also idk if it's common knowledge but in newer trailers there a quick connection for your propane tanks to run a line out just need an adapter, but I just camp at most for a week at a time so extra is better. Also thermacells are awesome for bugs.
Would you say that the smoker you have is super easy to use and worth getting over other brands. We are new to full time and want to get a smoker to give me a semblance of normalcy and Texas bbq.
I have been nagging the hubs for years now on getting a clam/gazelle. Your video may have edged him a little closer 😉 I used your link to put it in my Amazon cart. Here's to hoping 😁
The newest clam tent is awesome. The cabin one we bought is big enough for small picnic table , 2 chairs and a firepit. Its great id recommend that over the smaller for sure
I see the chairs are available in a heated model but the battery is sold separately. I have been looking for a fire pit for my deck. This one looks good and its low priced
Luv the gazebo...going to investigate. Have had those same chairs for a while. Awesome on a cool night around the tire and very comfy. Another thumbs up on the side table. Have 2 of those as well. Thanks for another useful video.
Thanks Herb! We've never really "measured" it. It does last quite a while. Some times we just use it for a little while and other times for longer fires. Thanks for watching!
Hi There! We really enjoy your channel and the energy you have together! It’s so nice to see your adventures and we like the product reviews as well. We got the firebowl after watching your video here, and I agree hooked up to solo tank the thing throws plenty of heat!! Loaded it up in the RV garage and looking forward to using it in a few weeks when we head out for our new rigs Shakedown Cruise!! Hope to run into you guys someday!!!
What is the ring mounted on the frame for? Saw it when you showed the string lights. Also loved my Davy Crockett. Very efficient. Did my best ever brisket cook on my DC.
Well, from our basic testing it seems ok! Once you're inside you only need the fire on low setting because it warms up very quickly in there. We would stand up occasionally to feel the roof and it never felt hot.
The item I like most is our Son-of-Hibachi charcoal grill. I've had my second one for about 25 years now. I got the option of a snuff bag that allows me to put it away hot and reuse the coals.
Yes, we do use it inside. With propane, vs wood fire, you can control the flame and keep it low. Obviously you don't want to put it up against the wall of the gazebo.
Im thinking about the chairs and the firepit! Are they really your favorite? We have the typical lean back chairs? I forget the term for them, they are great but really heavy and bulky to travel with.
Thanks for the compliment! The gazebo does not have a floor. It does have tent stakes to hold it down. As far as keeping a dog in, I think it would depend on how bad the dog wants to get out as it could probably crawl under a wall depending on the dog's size and ingenuity. If you are sitting in it with the dog then it shouldn't be a problem. It goes all the way to the ground and you can zip the opening shut.
All great items for sure. Love the Sawyer Picaridin repellent. Alice and I found it when we were back packing in Alaska and loved it. They also make one you can use to treat clothing that works great and holds up against 6 washes. We used to treat the clothes we hiked in so we could have a barrier to the bugs without having to apply the spray. The cover for the propane tank is a good idea also. Can't live without my Blackstone. Thanks for sharing. Gordon & Alice
I carry a Black Flag fogger (got mine at Tractor Supply) and use it every evening when the bugs are out and it is great and fun to use also. Maybe best used in larger sites so you don't piss the neighbors off though.
We have the same fire pit flat out awesome. My wife bought it and I thought it was stupid at first. So it sat in my garage for six months and then once We used it. We never roll without it. So guys listen to the wife’s. .
Good video, enjoyed the list. We also have some of the same things, like the club chairs, a portable smoker (Traeger Ranger instead of the GMG DC), and the outland Firebowl and propane cover. I also have a Solo Bonfire that I love. Appreciate the tip on the Picaridin bug lotion, going to try it out. I noticed that it appears your RVLock is hitting the side wall of your unit and leaving a scratch/dent. Hi Guys. I noticed at 5:30 of the video when Rae is talking about the table, that there is a ring/cable attached to the Frame what is the purpose of this?

With my O blood type, mosquitoes love to snack on me. Picaridin has been my best defense, and I too bought a quart of the lotion when I saw it last year! Lol.
Yes it is a pellet smoker. Here is the link to the article we did on RV smokers which can give you more detail www.getawaycouple.com/best-rv-portable-smoker/ This is the link to the smoker if you want to read more specifics and reviews: amzn.to/3ctoKvN
@@GetawayCouple I was thinking about the traeger pellet smoker until I saw today's video. I'll look the the link you sent on the grill. Did you look at or compare the Traeger vs the Davie Crockett? If so what pushed you over to the DC?
Thanks for the great tips! I’m just like Jason and get all the bug bites especially the noseeums! I’ve been trying everything! We are also looking for a fire pit. What model do you have? Thanks again for all the info! We enjoy your posts!
I like the pop up tent. Is this the C Clam? Okay, I see it now; it is Gazelle. Costco has one similar, but I don't think it has the wind flaps/panels. $200. Good price though.
This propane fire pit is a 58,000 BTU unit. Propane is 91,500 BTU per Gallon. Using a 20 Lb propane tank (standard for BBQ grills and the ones you can exchange) you get about 5 gallons of propane. 5 gal x 91,500 btu/hour = 457,500 Total BTUs / 58,000 BTU burned = 7.8 Hours of run time 🔥
I guess it depends on how often you have fires. The propane lasts for quite a while. With the prices we have seen on firewood, I would think it would be.

I love the tabletop tiki torches BUT how do you store them for travel? The tops don't screw on !
To clarify your gazebo/fire comment, do you use the propane fire pit INSIDE the gazebo? That's gotta be super dangerous right? or is it safe?
Yes, we do use it inside. With propane, vs wood fire, you can control the flame and keep it low. Obviously you don't want to put it up against the wall of the gazebo.
We use ours inside our clam also. While it does heat the clam, the ceiling of the clam does not get hot.

How much propane does that fire pit draw on an average night's use?
This propane fire pit is a 58,000 BTU unit. Propane is 91,500 BTU per Gallon. Using a 20 Lb propane tank (standard for BBQ grills and the ones you can exchange) you get about 5 gallons of propane.
5 gal x 91,500 btu/hour = 457,500 Total BTUs / 58,000 BTU burned = 7.8 Hours of run time 🔥
@@GetawayCouple wow! Thank you for the break down! 🙏😁
