That's kind of the weird thing. He wasn't a terrible pilot. At least according to Michigan. He clearly had something in him. He just didn't have the heart and attitude.
@@Zayindjejfj I always imagined the issue being Iguazu's lack of self worth and general struggles made him incredibly pessimistic, envious, and try to compensate a lot. The final phase of the Allmind fight shows Iguazu is able to fight pretty damn hard when his mind is put to it (and when there's no Coral messing with his senses).
I have no hate for iguazu, he's truly a tragic figure.... If only he could set aside his differences he could have achieved something much greater. An ally of the liberator of Rubicon maybe.... Rusty iguazu 621...we could've had the greatest squad to take out snail....
His story really is tragic, presumably forced into getting 4th gen augmentation and sold to balam to pay off his debts. He's smart enough to see that the Redguns are on a suicide mission, which is why Michigan's charisma doesn't inspire him, leading to him and Michigan clashing so frequently. He envies us not only for our skill, but also for being an independent mercenary who gets to choose who and what we fight for. I'd like to think that in the aftermath of the RLF route, with the Redguns gone, he gets to find his own freedom.
Ill give Iguazu credit though what he lacked in skill and finesse he made up for in determination. We beat him like 5 times and still came back for more. Even after he died and became a AI his willpower was strong enough to dominate All Mind just for the sole purpose of getting revenge. Also, in the alt mission where you fight him and Snail when he's the last AC standing he noticeably fights harder and faster then the last encounters.
Main problem of Head Bringer is booster, Melander C3 frame fine combined with P06SPD, Fluegel, or Gills boosters, and P04 just too slow for AC with that weight/AP/firepower
Nah, the boosters are fine (and super underrated) It's the shield that's holding Head Bringer back since it doesn't really sync well with its other weapons and robs it of the firepower that could've been put over the left shoulder instead. It's also the shield that's designed to be held up for a while, and Iguazu uses it way too often when he could've avoided more damage by just quickboosting instead. Once he abandons the shield and switches to the laser orbital, Head Bringer actually becomes kind of a menace
@apophis7712 I suppose the shield is a visual representation of his insecurities and inability to fully commit to a course of action. When he finally ditches the shield, it is a sign of his his growth as a character for better or worse.
@@apophis7712I think welding the a shield was his design concept (?insecurity reflection?) but the AC could be much without it or replaced it with a Perry type shield having much higher initial guard mitigation…. Right now it’s just mediocre on a light AC build.
I mostly don’t like using shields(PvP has made me appreciate them vs Zims tho), so I like running the late game Iguazu build with the Mind Alpha arms, Laser Orbit, and VP-20C(I can’t tell if he swapped from P04 to SPD boosters tho). Swapping the arm weapons on his basic build is a great idea tho.
OH HELL YES! About time someone used this song! Eh, you likely don't take requests, but could one of your next ones use "For the universe" that was in the myspace track?
This proves once again that it wasn't entirely the fault of his AC, it was his own piloting skills and insecurities which were holding him back...
Yeah, I'm actually kind of surprised with how strong his build is.

Ugh get out of my head
I agree, he definitely needed to improve. But a pilebunker couldn't hurt.

Power of friendship in armored core be like
@henrygerardnascimentodelim8638 more like jolly co-operation.

Completely agree. I just feel bad for the guy tbh
This is the best timeline
Can you imagine how much it would fuel iguazu if he saw this video? like the spite alone would upgrade him in the third ending
Wow, it really was a skill issue on Iguazu’s end. I almost feel bad for him tbh
iguazu if he didn't have a crush on 621
3:07 that AB into the kick *chef's kiss*
your energy management and the fact that you played well with the environment... genius
Although Iguazu is a pretty good pilot on his own, it's just that his salt and insecurities held him back.

I totally get you about swapping the arm units around. Muscle memory at work, oh yes.

Imo Iguazu is the best character in AC6, he has so much more personality than the other characters and his all mind version is sick af

Next vid, Iguazu if he wasn't maidenless
Incredible music choice
3:27 anime stuff right here

good music choice
Armored core is so peak
Iguazu if ALLMIND hadn't fucked him over with some bullshit rounding error ass plan.
Guess Iguana will have to keep dreaming on borrowed wings, given his track record. Couldn't even start a sewing club...
I strangely appreciate Iguazu more after this,
He really had no skill, will, or talent for piloting, just pure spite and salt.
Is the music also one of Frequency's original album track?

thank you
Sick skills. I notice the little to no OS tuning as well.
An Igauzu AC is still a True to Iguazu AC no matter how modified. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😀😀😀😀😀😀😀🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
