I’m curious why you wouldn’t put the thumb onto the stick pin and use that longer pin there. No spacers needed and you likely wouldn’t have had to cut and move the manual thumb mounts further up the boom to change the geometry? I have an FF12. Same machine, that I’d like to add the thumb to. Can you please tell me where you acquired the thumb kit? Thanks! Great fabrication video!!!
Looks like he bought the entire thumb kit, but just left off the bolt in mount and fabbed his own. Or perhaps he called the company he linked and was able to get the individual parts? The thumb matches the kit thumb though, not the stock one.
hey man just noticing that you have a sawstop in the garage there, i have a pcs1.75 so its a little heavier than yours, however i recently ordered a agt h12 thats pretty much the same as yours, for some other projects around the house. i was wondering if i could use it also to lift my sawstop among other things heavy because my wood shop is a 12x20 shed in my backyard with a roll up door, getting heavy things like the 435lbs table saw and my 485lbs jointer in and out are an acrobatic mess. what do you think? do you think yours could do it?
Odd. I added 2 video links. One lifting the back of a truck. The 2nd, did a lift test, progressively adding weight to the bucket. Doesn't look like they added. That's why my comment seems off.

What size ram?
What kind of welder is that is it 120 or 220 volts
Lincon 210mp running on 220v
Why didn't you use the stock thumb and just add the ram and your mounting mod?
Nice vedio. Did you buy it from China?
I got the machine at an auction and the thumb from DirPro out of texas
What were the dimensions of the added hydraulic cylinder?
