But there is a difference between fighting someone 20 centimeters taller than you, than fighting someone who is 3 times your size. Going by logic, the strength you have to have to sustain a 5 meters tall body is very high. So punching katakuri would be the same as punching an elephant, and trust me, you can't beat an elephant using only your bare hands.

Also with a height difference the angles your punches are going to hit your opponent are different, it's easier for them keep their distance. Of course short fighters can over come them but they have to work harder because they're at a disadvantage.
