Stunningly beautiful city. Calm and serene with lush greenery where nature and man meet and embrace each other in perfect peace and harmony. It's paradise on earth. The Pride of Africa cities. Cleaner and better than many filthy drug infested cuties in the US that I live, for sure no question about that. Love, love, it. Have been to Enugu a couple of times before I went abroad and would definitely be back there again when I come back home to Nigeria. The country has so much to offer the world , and I believe down in my heart that Nigeria shalll become the next revelation after China, etc. All the ingredients are already in place waiting to be put together and bingo, it tajes off soaring like an eagle which is her national bird anchored in her soccer team The Green Eagles.

Sometimes, what we Nigerians need is to pause , stop, and appreciate our country a little bit more !
We are too quick to pull at the seams in needless and avoidable frustrations and despair!!
My eyes are not deceiving me, but there is nothing like this in many other parts of Nigeria .
Enugu can hold it’s own as a destination on par with Abuja, Lagos and Calabar!
I imagine it would go even further with an inevitable Restructuring!
In the meantime, let’s keep the peace!
And let’s appreciate and enjoy our present blessings!

What has the useless country done for the Igbos

    • @aframaco9491
      @aframaco9491 ปีที่แล้ว

@@okwyntupac7205 That is a very reckless, irresponsible and thoughtless question to ask??
The question really should be is what has the greedy Igbo's done for themselves??
Aside from Onitsha and Aba ( being Igbo speaking towns) Igbos also dominate and run the markets in Lagos, Kano, Port Harcourt, Kaduna and Abuja!
Sadly, the reverse is rarely the case! One would struggle to see mass traders from Idoma, Edo, ijaw, Urobho Efik, Ibibio in the Igbo cities in Nigeria.
In the last 24 years of democracy, just as in every state in the federation, the Igbo speaking states have been governed by their own indigenes !!
Like all the other states of the federation, the Igbo states collect monthly allocations from the federal accounts!!
Igbo states are never left out!
I believe 3 out of the 5 Igbo states also collect an additional 13% derivative as oil producing states!
So what on earth does any body with sense want more from the federal government??
      👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!i

Just like other state capitals in Nigeria which are majorly a serene and quiet civil service metropolis, Enugu is not a very bustling and noisy urban territory. It has its fair share of green vegetation and ecosystem which makes it beautiful. It has a very cool climate and weather round the year. Towards the end of November up till early February, the region experiences cold harmattan season which is popular for its cold, dry, and dusty winds. But, overall, Enugu is home for vacation spots, assorted, organic native cuisines and tourist attractions. It is also home to more than six nationally and internationally recognized tertiary educational institutions like the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN), Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Osisatech, Madonna University, Caritas University, Sam Maduka Onyishi University, and a couple of other private universities.
