    Great video! Nice concise way to see some of her tech. I've played her most of the alpha lab and wanted to add some follow ups for people. Obviously we know her 6S1 is incredibly powerful, with a giant hit box. It's a great way to control space in neutral for a couple of reasons. One - it destroys projectiles. You can absolutely blow up an Ekko who is relying on using his projectile to control space with 6S1. It will also destroy Ahri fireballs (timing is tougher.) Finally, it will destroy Yasuo's tornado, again denying his space control.
    Two - 6S1 gives a full combo on counter hit. You want to look for the red X on hit to recognize the counter hit (hopefully they make this more visual like in SF6.) From a counter hit 6S1 gives a really nice easy combo - what I do from the counter hit is - Dash > M > H > 5S2 > 5S1 and then you have a couple different choices with varying degrees of difficulty to end from here. Most difficult and most damage is after the 5S1, immediately do 4S1 > Dash > M > H > 3H > Jump > Air.H > Air.S1 > Land > Air.H > Air.S2 > 22S1. End it however you like but the start is always the same after counter hit.
    Anyways - yeh abuse the 5S1 guys, it's an insane button that covers a lot of space, just don't mash it because you will get punished.

    I'm having so much fun with Illaoi, I was a dhalsim main in SF6 and can def see some similarities. Also can see some of my Ramlethal in there too, specially the corner pressure

    There are illaoi mid screen combos that summon and use a tentacle without assist. Using S2 to launch them then 4S1 to throw them up. You have enough time to run up and do M, H, Launcher or after the 4S1 you micro dash into a slightly charged 6S2 that launches them. And you have a tentacle to continue the combo from there.

      See I can't get a combo after the run up attack. I didn't know about the micro partial charge, but I can't seem to hit that either lol

      @@Zedd_FGC I know there's a Sajam video on it. Personally I don't to the partial charge because it's harder to do, but in general the timing is not forgiving. You have to do the 6S1 after the the 5S2 as soon as s possible or you don't get anything. This gives her really good corner carry and you can end with a tentacle in the corner.

    As someone who's been playing some Illaoi recently, I thought it was going to look something like this:
    1: → S1
    2: Be in a position to whiff punish if they smack your tentacles
    3: → S1
    4: If you use 2x Assist, you can set your self/partner up for a combo with → T, ← T
    5: → S1

      Yeah I mean, you could, but S1 is so risky to use like that. Being able to super after it is big though.
