Nice job with your video. I just completed the install of Powerflex bushings as per your guidance. I used PB Blaster for 2 days preceding the job and was able to remove all old bushing assemblies without sawing. Being a California van, I also have the advantage of a low rust factor. As well as hanging the trailing arm by straps, I found that using a floor jack under the base of the trailing arm helped me to alternate hanging the inner and outer sides while working. Thanks!
Fml. Thanks for the video I ha e been wondering why my bolts won't come out.. No I know after seeing your bushing bolt. I got mine to spin but can't pound it out...
I think you put the grease in the wrong place - you put it on the outside of the bushing but they should go into the trailing arm dry, you are meant to grease the inside where the sleeve goes through
Please dont just use any bolt from the hardware store. Use high grade from a good source like T3 Technique. Great job on the video though!

Very helpful detailed video, can you put link for the bushes.

Hi, nice job well done🛠👍🏻☮.Greetings.HCS🇳🇴
Did the sleeves come with the bushes?
Did you notice any difference after installing the new bushing? thanks
Absolutely.
It is so much quieter! I did power flex all around and it was totally worth it.
I would highly suggest you get the proper strength bolts not hardware store ones. T3 also sells these. Otherwise good work!
do you have a video for the front ones coming up too?
Nope, sorry didn't have the camera on when I did the fronts. Pretty straight forward. Removing the old bushings is the hardest part.

I grease both the insides and out. This allows the bushings to slide smoothly into the trailing arms. I just apply a thin coat to the outside
you should have use 10,9 grade screws (from a verified source).
Definitely 10.9's, I had noticed this too
