Glad you stopped by! Above I have linked to a few tools that could be used to get this done, but obviously not all the tools I used can just be ordered without a LOT of expense.

I've folded 'em inside out quite a number of times. Not a biggie, especially if its an attic or crawl space job, or like this one is...on his own rental. Great job. You should have more subs with this kind of excellent work.

Interesting, my old boss used to do some HVAC work and I always enjoyed working with sheet metal, now I took over his electrical business and don't get to do that anymore. Maybe in the future! Thanks for the video!!

Cool video. Really wish I had access to the tools to make a new grill grease drip pan. The part is $96, and that is a no go for a grill LOL. Skilz

i think they make them shorter to accommodate taller coils for high-seer bs.
in the north, don't need 13.8 seer 2 a/c for the short few weeks of hot weather - that are basically 14.5-15 seer.

i though that installers build those in the field without very specialized tools - just snips and manual benders.
i don't like the return drop but if it is a rental property - bet he wants to keep the cost down.
