47 years old, and have just ordered all the bits and bobs to start arc welding. Been intimidated by the craft, but just wanted to say thank you. Hated school and channels like yours have made it possible for me to learn skills that I never thought I would. Cheers Tim, very grateful.

Congrats Tim for your well deserved award. This video was just what I wanted I have just acquired some 6mm sheet metal to make an electric motor mount and belt adjustment set up on my metal lathe. I was wondering how to cut straight lines with the angle grinder and was going to drill several holes and file out slots for making motor adjustment for the vee belt, I will now use the angle grinder as you did. Very grateful to you for taking the time to show us, you have taught me so much,I have got my son in Atlanta is now subscribing to you channel Dave H (ENGLAND)

I appreciate that you use some of the cheapest products as well as some the top tier ones. Your use of the Harbor Freight 125 amp mig with the top of the line Miller mig showed the results are dependent on the user. Just use what you can afford. I started woodworking with a Sears drill and circular saw. Let your projects determine your next tool.
