No doubt Naveen Pattnaik did well. But just imagine it’s 25-30 years. More would have been done in rural area and southern and western Odisha. One problem I can see, all concentrated in BBSR, instead he could have transform all 4-5 Cities across Odisha. I would rate our CM 7 out of 10.

Mr. Pandian no doubt is very powerful under CM Nabin Patnayak. One thing all know and true that absolute power corrupts absolutely. Things now are not same as was fifteen years before. He is selling tenders of odisha's work construction to his tamil contractors very low price and also provides precious lands in very cheap price to his tamil friends. People know his corruption very well. He doesn't give tenders to odia contractors.
