  • A Family holiday in Angelsey gave me the chance to try some Wrasse fishing from the rocks. Using ledgered prawns & Lure fishing tactics I managed a few nice fish out.
This place is very special with its rugged landscape & the coastal wildlife it was a lovely change busy towns & roads in England...
I cant wait to return next year for another go.
Hope you guys enjoy & thanks for tuning in again YRR.

Great video, I live just down the coast. Try fishing of the rocks at Rhoscolyn, on the west side of the island, good deep gulleys full of descent wrasse.

Nice fishing. It's a good idea to wash all the tackle down after with some fresh water as that salt water can really corrode.👍

It always rains in Wales 🤣 Some good looking fish there though, something different is always nice. It shows you don’t need a tonne of specialist sea fishing gear to catch a few fish off the rocks.

@@yorkshireriverrover7199 I’ve only two short sessions on the river recently and blanked both times. River has been busy, most of the fishable spots have had anglers already in them. I’m looking forward to the autumn when it quietens down.

Wow pal. That take was awesome. It makes a change from the rivers, it just shows the fun to be had on coastal holidays. I'll have to start taking some beach casters to Ingoldmells 😀

Dolphins in the rain. Wales at it's best. Lure fishing for wrasse and pollock is great fun. Float fishing can also work well. Don't going sticking your fingers in a wrasse's mouth as those teeth are for removing limpets form the rocks.
