Remember: the only reason he's prying that screen up with metal is because the screen is absolutely thrashed, therefore won't be reused. Be careful and _do not_ use metal tools if you're planning to repair something else and not breaking it.

Plus, $100 for the SE2… that’s a rip off! In the UK I charge £40 for this exact repair, so wherever you’ve got your prices from… that’s a rip off!

i often use a little metal tool to pry it up and then use a plastic spudger works great

The bent shell is impossible to fix perfectly. The most anyone can do is try to beat it back into place as best as possible.
