Dr. Terry Spain is the Chief Executive Officer of Terry Spain Consulting, LLC
Driven by a passion for leadership and mentorship, Terry authored two impactful books, "Hey Young Man!" and "Just Lead," and created the groundbreaking "Kenyan Young Men Mentorship Summit" in Eldoret, Kenya. The summit equipped approximately two hundred young men with essential life skills for grooming standards, leadership development, confidence building, and teamwork.
Dr. Spain holds an honorary Doctorate of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from TIUA School of Business, a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a Concentration in Civic Engagement from Claremont Lincoln University, and a Bachelor's degree from Thomas Edison State University.
