18 FOOTER....WOW!!!!! I want one like this.... I love it... would be perfect for a lonely old lady for sure..... Thanks Chance for showing us this beautiful place to live....
That’s a wide one! My parents bought a mobile home when they were first married while our house was being built, it’s was 9’x48’, two bedroom - so tiny. This was 1964. The house they built cost 10k to build 3br 21/2 baths. The trailer they sold to some people and they sold it 5 years ago to someone as a hunting trailer. It’s still livable 56 years later. I cannot believe how then industry has changed in my lifetime. My parents bought theirs for a little under 3 thousand. (And someone is still using it 56 years later.) that was a good investment.
That’s a back door. Is that a full size bed? What is Price? $58,900 - $98,000 price 18 foot wide. They are easy to lease once paid off, keep it in Good shape & it will payback for many years.
I live this. This home is the perfect marriage of a single wide and a tiny home! Wider than a single wide but longer than a tiny home and way more space i love the colors and the master bedroom and also the bathroom
Hi Chance...loving your videos. They never disappoint. I have a question regarding although this company is located in OK, who or where would I find info on purchasing this model or similar in Northern AZ? Looking to retire there hopefully this year. Thank you for your time!
Ok ,right off the bat I love the windows!! Coffee porch is very nice. !! The arch at front door is a nice touch Outdoor plugs are great!! Perfect sized home for Grandma!! Natural light saves on your electric bills. Ceiling fans Kitchen is perfect I love a window above my kitchen sink !! I love that you can adjust shelves spaces in kitchen! Cute dining area for Grandkids. Small room great for sewing and office area!! Laundry area is a good location. Easy access to back door for pets and gardening boots!! Cute bathroom. Easy to clean!! I love window in shower. I love barn door set up. This is one of my favorite homes But I need two bathrooms!! Only thing I don’t like. If I could afford it this would be my new manufactured home. Perfect size. Chance great video. God bless you and your family!!! Grandma in Az :)
@La Quita McCullough I can see it being a summer escape on the the Rim but it's a little small for me at this time in my life. My empty nest didn't stay empty for long. My 91 yo FIL moved in almost a year ago and my youngest just moved back from MI. If anyone else wants to move in they will have to take the drum room!!😂😂 We are trying to downsize but not quite this much.
@@terrytaylor1949 Giving your name and the name of the bank you use is enough info for someone to steal your identity. Be very careful what you share on the websites. Just an FYI.
I would add a tub to the bathroom. Love the little bit larger "tiny" home. I am watching your videos and getting great ideas. I am looking for a retirement home. Have a great day!
Another beautiful small home, the only thing I would change would be to have an additional 1/2 bath. I would add working shutters on the windows and a ceiling fan on the porch.
I love the cabinet in the kitchen where you can adjust them. This is gorgeous. I need to win the lottery pronto. Also love the fact you don't have to have stackable washer and dryer.
For an older couple like us with a couple of cats and a small dog this would be a perfect upgrade for our older 12 by 60, with more room for a wheelchair if that day comes. I wouldn't change a thing colors wise, the place is just beautiful.
I LOVE THIS HOME ! Love the industrial/country look it has. Always have to have some “metal” in my country decor! Love the 2 bedroom and all that closet space. This little home backs a punch ! Lots of storage in the island too! And room for a table!! What’s not to love about this one ? 👍❤️❤️👍 Nice NICE nice !
I love this floor plan. I would love this home for when we retire. Have this home with a water view and I will be in my happy place. The colors are a perfect match.
Very cute “mother in law “ place maybe?... I personally like a huge master bedroom/bathroom... but this one is cute, lots of natural light and the higher ceilings make it seem much bigger😄😄😄
Liked the video! But I have a request please 🙏 stop with the 50k price ranges....actual as shown price would be appreciated!! Keep up the good work guys!! Thanks! J&M
Only time I’ve loved barn doors in a home you’ve shown...What’s not to love in this one?...Love them shower tiles and doors...Not too excited with the wood color of the floor...Thanks for the tour, Chance...Many blessings...🌹❤️
I love it being older this house is perfect for me. Not to small not to big and it's easy to move around in and has all anyone could want. Beautiful home Chance and great video. Have a wonderful week
I live in an 864 sq. ft. prairie ranch house built in 1945 when houses of this size were common for young families. I love houses this size, the builder has done a wonderful job, nicely finished. I’m a fan!
This mobile home is beautiful and if you can live in something this small go for it. This house is large compared to a tiny house. Great taste whoever designed it.
Like most people, I love this home. However, I doubt some of them realize the home, as shown, is at the upper end of the range you showed. Those beautiful, vaulted ceilings cost A LOT extra, as do those great floor to ceiling windows. I would LOVE to see what you get for the $54,000, bottom price. All that said, this would be a nice retirement home. As usual, GREAT JOB Chance! Oh fyi, that "big, deep drawer" in the kitchen is to hold your garage can, and keep it out of sight, and out of the way.
Perfect size for a little holiday home by the sea! I'd use the side door as a front door, and the coat hooks I'd hang keys on. Then the cupboards by the door I'd put shopping bags and handbags inside with dog leads etc. Then where the washer dryer goes I'd make that space for coats and shoes. The second bedroom is small, and not needed as there's just me and my husband, so I'd put the washer dryer in there instead. Put brooms and mops in the closet. Have the hoover in there etc, and store suitcases in there after we unpack. Love those shower tiles! It's all very nicely laid out but not big enough imo for full time living. But would make a gorgeous little holiday home! The "proper" front door porch would then be a back porch for BBQ's and lead to the garden! It's a lovely little home, and definitely more practical being that extra bit bigger! 😘😘😘
Dowsizing? ive lived in a 3 bedroom trailer for all my life ive never had a house 😂 but my mom met my stepdad and we are gonna get one once his truck is paid off well not a house but a trailer they got really sad when corona hit bc they lost there job but my dad got his back
Oh, wow! Wow! WOW! WOW!!! Son, if the hubs goes before me, I would gladly sell my stick built home for this one! Perfect for me and my two fur babies! Plus, the grands can take turns spending the night with grandma and still have their own space! Pure perfection! Great job, buddy!
I really like this layout. In a tiny home, everything has a place... or should. That odd drawer to the right of the stove is for your kitchen trash can... perfect ! Well thought out. Thanks for sharing this one !
Finally, a great shower with nice tile! I love the heavy glass door and the hardware is also really pretty. This whole house is nicely done. It's just the right size for one person with pets. The only thing I would change is the master closets. Instead of two closets separated by a built-in I would like to have one large closet. I like the barn doors but I'd be willing to give them up.
Really well thought out space! I was surprised by the layout and love all the built ins. For the square footage, this tiny home really works and has everything you need! And Ooooh, that tile shower is gorgeous!!
Smart utilization of the barn doors for the bedroom closet, though I would want to see it with a King bed in there. This would be great for a couple with no intentions on having kids, with the second room being either an office with a pull out or desk that converts into a murphy bed for guests or when someone needs a night alone.
This house is very nice. There are a few things the manufacturer or the dealer need to consider. Once you have a deep, single basin sink in your kitchen, you will never want to go back to a double sink! What’s with the old fashioned range. Again, once you upgrade to a solid surface for cooking, you won’t go back. I love the layout accept for the location of the w/d. It takes too much space away from the extra bedroom. If you are using it for an office it might be okay; but if it’s a bedroom, it’s way too small.
That’s it... that would be my forever home right there. Everything is pretty much perfect. I actually LOVE the carpet in the living room and bedrooms. I think the ONLY thing I personally would want different is the type of sink (and perhaps a bigger window in the master bdrm). But otherwise, I’ve never seen a place that was to precise as to what I would want. Sadly I couldn’t afford a place like this, at least right now. :(
A suggestion. How 'bout at the start of your videos, when you begin speaking, in either one of bottom corners or top corners you put the dealer's name and contact information? And maybe one or twice during your tour of a home pop that info in there as well? Consider stepping up to a wireless lavalier lapel mic. Sometimes there is too much reverberation in the larger model homes when you're speaking. Hey, man...other than that I enjoy your video tours and I must say there is quite a noticeable difference, in a good way, from "Way Back When" and "Now". Oh, and maybe you could add the price of the home with all the furniture included too.
Oh my good gravy ☺️ this is an awesome home! I do believe I'm going to have to have a talk with Santa cause this may be the one I ask for! I love the natural lighting, the built in storage in the bedrooms, just the layout period. Perfect size for my husband and myself ❤️ Thanks again for yet another home you've made me fall head over heels for! ❤️❤️ Awesome job!!!😀
Cute little home.....seems like it would be a nice size for a single person or a retired couple looking to downsize. Small but not claustrophobic looking like some of the tiny homes seem to be
We are a retired couple, and if we can find a dealer with something this size and layout in our eastern area it will be the perfect upgrade to an older mobile home.
I love this home. It would be great for my son, who is special needs. We could put it on our property and he could feel a little independence, but still be close enough to us if he needs any help. We will definitely be looking into this in about a year or so. Wow, super nice!
