Excellent rendition of "Old man Mose." Polina, you are a great singer. Love your voice, facial expressions, and overall presentation. Wish I could have been there to see you and the band perform. Hello from California.
Little odd that your snapping wasn't picked up by the mic and I found some of your gesticulations to be distracting but these are just peccadilloes. No big deal! I enjoyed it!
In 1938, the Eddie Duchin Orchestra, with singer Patricia Norman, recorded a version of the song in which she says, "He kicked the bucket, fuck, fuck, fuck it." There's a lot of controvery about whether she actually said it--I say she did. This version was banned from radio play, but it sold a lot of copies. I find it hard to believe that Brunswick, a major record label at the time, released it--maybe they weren't listening closely enough!!!!!!!! th-cam.com/video/GbDKNHMDrEU/w-d-xo.html

Is this a Russian version of the song? Weird.
Sorry, but I don't understand your question. it's obviously not in Russian. but we are Russians, so yes somehow it's a Russian version)

thank you, i'm glad you enjoyed it at the end. and talking of snapping i guess it's because of the low gain, otherwise it would be picked.
Thanks for the reply!
