Nice! I’m enjoying Barranquilla but I need some beach. Maybe I can talk my Nigerian friend into going to Santa Marta next weekend after he gets back from Cartagena.

You can also go solo there! Honestly not too much to do directly in Santa Marta, but you can visit Taganga, Minca, Buritaca, Costeño beach, Guachaca, Tayrona etc nearby

@@eddieonthegotravel that is very true. I often forget about that because I'm so used to being alone 😂

Watched your central america vlogs a dozen times and you've actually inspired my upcoming trip. Wanted to ask about getting your drone into El Salvador, Guatemala and Belize. From what I read seems like it might be a bit tricky with Belize (others seem ok) any tips please?

Aw I'm so glad to hear!! You'll have a blast. I honestly had zero problems getting the drone into any of those countries. As I'm sure you know, drones are completely banned in Nicaragua and I have heard Honduras isn't great. But for El Salvador, Guatemala and Belize I had no issues. I travelled by land into those countries and my bags were not really checked (unsure what would have happened, had they been checked). I think you should be so fine!!

@@ghadahaldayri2763 aw I didn't mean for it to be a deterrent - just a caution! But honestly, there are far better places to visit in Central America, so it's not a bad decision not to visit either!

In my 20’s I had a very beautiful girlfriend and I was astounded by how often she was hit on by men. It happened constantly and watching her turn down guy after guy really changed my perspective on what some women have to go through. It really is exhausting and you have to live it to understand. Take care! 👍

You're very lovely!! I think even just being a solo female elevates your presence tenfold and makes you a lot more conspicuous and open for approaches. It's definitely tiresome!
