I got the same one off eBay and it’s rubbish it just flops around and it’s all out of bonk I iv been at this for a long time and every wheel iv put on there even good ones the hole thing just wobbles I can get the side to side done but the up and down not a chance iv hat to mod it to get it to do the side to side but still waiting on bits so I can do the up and down should of just built one in the first place

Yes, you just need to put on axle.
im not sure bc i have a mountain bike with thru axels and the axels are thicker than the quick release. have u bought one and tried it yet?
Absolute worst things. It's just cheap and doesn't keep the wheel in one place. It's not worth it at all.
