I was hoping to find a video showing some of the fingerings so I could figure out a couple parts, and found this. I put down my guitar and just sat and absorbed it. I feel like this is sacrilege to John to say but you somehow improved his already incredible solos. Blown away
Over the past couple of days the melody of this song wouldn't stop replaying in my mind, which in turn forced me to return for another listen until finally, I selected the loop option so the melody just lingered in the air. The proverbial "panel of experts can shout all night" about why music can have such a profound almost religious effect, but sometimes it just does, so I'll go with the flow.
Pity he probably shares the monetization with Mayer's record label, I bet record labels copyright claim all his vids. I got a copyright claim from Warner Music for posting video of a busker playing Another Brick in the Wall...just ridiculous.
Outstanding Performance I’m trying to learn my self but not successful by any measure! Wish I understood how to pull it all together. Only positive point I have plenty of time to learn I suffered a stroke and trying to understand just how to do it. But I have nothing better to do with my time. I admire your expertise I’m using you as my roll model. Thankyou for that !

Awesome ! I’m trying to learn but I have brain damage from a stroke im trying though. Which I could find it in a tablature format. But it is what it is I still have fun trying. And I’m disabled with nothing to do all day so I try. My biggest challenge is remembering what I learn Today and recognize it tomorrow. It’s like ground hog day. But I have nothing else to do so I try. Thankyou really enjoy your music!

This is the best Gravity cover iv'e ever seen! One question - i noticed that during the outro solo you seem to play with different pickups on your strat when the camera angles change yet the sound remains the same (unless im missing something/can't tell the difference) and it made me wonder what you did there, was it a different recording or did you just switch pickups in between camera shots? Amazing cover.
