In her documentary Ten Years In the Making, she said it’s not like she gets nervous, it’s more the excitement. She has said that to her singing is like breathing and she loves to be on the stage.
Just a thought on exposing her to a younger audience. Angelina has so many original songs that are more attuned to a young RADIO audience but the choices you made to display her talent may not geared to young people who never heard Bohemian Rhapsody. Maybe something from her OLD ENOUGH album like DIAMOND or FIRE and RAIN.
I’ve even come across reactors that don’t know the original Bohemian Rhapsody so they can’t appreciate as much what an incredible Angelina’s version is.

For ardent Angels introducing newbies its a lot to discover a mountain of excellence all at once and of such detailed and well executed quality. I can hardly listen to radio pop when theres all this. Thank you for your effort to bring Angelina Jordan to the attention of a younger demographic. It is unfortunate that that population grows up being bombarded by the media with a somewhat narrow spectrum of the musical world. A significant proportion of what is pushed and glamourized consists of flashy production, noisy percussion, outlandish props and skimpy outfits. Throw in some vulgarity and some misogyny, and you're sure to ride high on the charts. You will find NONE of this in Angelina's world. Don't misunderstand me; I am not saying that all of that is the only thing our young people are capable of liking or appreciating. As the guests in this brief podcast show, they can and will enjoy and appreciate high quality musical talent and production if exposed to it, but tragically, that's not what the current media emphasize.
The unfortunate thing is that many young people don’t yet appreciate a world class vocalist’s techniques, details, nuances, skills, emotion. To them it’s the song itself, the beat, does it speak to them. I think the sort of understanding and appreciation of the voice comes as one gets older. I think I was the same way when I was a teen. For Angelina it will need to be songs that resonate with them (without selling out to what you said above) and as the fans expand their musical knowledge they will grow to appreciate her more as a vocalist. I don’t know if Angelina will appeal to or needs to appeal to young teens but maybe late teens and 20 somethings. It’s not going to initially be with her early jazz and pop standards but maybe the younger crowd will learn to like those if they become fans of her new original music.
