I didn't know you guys had yellowtail off of South Africa. We catch them here in the U.S. off of Southern California and Baja Mexico. They are great eating when marinated and grilled on the BBQ.

Thanks Robert! They definitely are a great fish! This was my first time eating yellowtail. Is there any specific marinade that you use? I went for a very simple lemon, garlic butter which was quite nice!

Any good Italian salad dressing works great. You only need to marinate the filets for 15 minutes. Take the skin off before marinating.

Thanks Imtiyaz, I really appreciate that! All I'm using is the GoPro Hero 9 and then editing the footage in Final Cut Pro. Will invest in some more gear if there's a strong interest in the videos 😃
