It was announced on the news that South Africa will be in lockdown for the next 21 days so the very next day I set out to get one last mission in before we are locked in. the targeted specie was a very rare fish that is seldom caught from the beach or shore, the elusive yellowtail or as they are called in Australia Kingfish! on my 5th throw I managed to hook into a beautiful Yellowtail and successfully landing this rare and strong fish!

Yeah bru, when the formation allows it we are able to wade out far and get our baits out in the open water! Now is the time of the year for them here so I want to go and look for them! Hopefully I can film one soon!
@@zoolookfishing They congregate here in big numbers in the estuaries when they are spawning. They seem to ignore most offerings. They get right up in the shallows in clear calm water. But the beach captures are very very rare. Great stuff mate.

Hey Mate, good idea for a video would be how often you service your reels and how you care for them between trips. I noticed they constantly get dunked in water every session which would destroy them really fast without proper care

Why do you carry your fishing rods like you do? I sent you a Carryaid, it is much more easier to carry so many rods with that.
