"You are such a strong person. Have you ever cried in your life ?" - "Yes once !" -" When ?" - "Two years ago, when Jon Snow became King in the North !"
This was one of my favorite scenes in the entire series. And Lord Manderly's line "Jon Snow avenged the Red Wedding. He is the White Wolf. The KING in the North!" still gives me goosebumps whenever I re-watch that scene. The delivery was awesome and it was such a huge payoff to see Jon finally get the recognition he deserved. Awesome awesome scene. Ned would be proud of his nephew.
When Robb was declared King in the North...I teared up. When Jon was declared King in the North, I criiiiied!!! We had been waiting for so long for the Starks to get back to and reclaim Winterfell, and it happened! The vindication, I loved it! #KingInTheNorth!!!!!
such a great moment that was absolutely runied in the next 2 seasons. I like to act like this is where the show really ended and then i just make up shit in my head or read fanfiction. s7 and especially 8 never happened.
"The North" is based on the North of England, where I live. When they started chanting "The King in the North" it was one of the most powerful feelings I ever felt. And let me tell you - the real North DOES remember.
That's The Ned Stark Quality ,which he passed to everyone Even Theon Also got those qualities. That's reflects in every family ,Upbringing of young ones is so much important.
@@MoMoneyMoProbz No. It doesn't. Lyannas blood runs through his veins, as does the blood of his grandfather Rickard. Though Jon shares blood with Ned, Ned's does not flow through him.
Hey writers out there! When you get writers block watch a reaction video like this one, watch people across the world laughing, crying, or in tears because of written words and great characters. Imagine being able to touch people like this. Feel that power. Then go back and write. ;)
Even the Knights of the Vale chanted "King in the North" to Jon Snow, even though the Erie is a separate kingdom from the North, that little snippet in my opinion is amazing.
U should literally make a compilation of just the lyanna mormont speach.....also did u notice how Jon has alot kk rhegars character traits??like both of them had uncanny abilities to get ppl to follow them. And both were masters jn combat.
Rhaegar was a master, until he had his chest caved in by a war hammer. Hey, another thing he shares with Jon! Though Jon's chest was caved by a metaphorical hammer.
Everyone was sooo hyped for Jon Snow being a King in the North, and imagine how would they react if he had became the King of the 7 Kingdoms oml. But yeah D&D couldnt wrap their mind for such powerful story and decided to ruin it instead--
That was really good lived your your the best. Can't find better reactions anywhere else. suggestion can you get where Jaime leaves cersei and leaves for winterfell

I saw a post that said if Lady Mormont had 3 dragons, this show would've been over 3 seasons ago! Beast mode!
@nimmivids like they say in that 70's show....BURN!
You mean queen of ashes?
Lyanna could put out the lord of light’s fire with her icy stare
Id hope not, if she was against Dany then she shouldn't resort to fire and blood. Lady Lyanna doesn't need dragons.

In the entire show this one takes it
My top 3 GOT most favorite scenes:
3rd. Tower of Joy
2nd. Arya baking pies
1st. The King in the North
Hold the door?
Destroying the sept?
@@yuvalmorginstin8431 i fckin hate that scene,bc of margaery
Both king in the north scenes were incredible
I was comparing Arya baking pies and King in the North 2.0 in my mind and I think the difference is one ends a plotline and another starts a plotline.

The face of Ser Davos and Lyanna Mormont shouting "The King in the North" ist the absolute best Thing, the show gave to us.
"From this day, until his last day." -Lady Lyanna Mormont
For me the most powerful scene of GoT.. Can't wait for season 8 !
CineVore agreed, but Hold the Door gives it a run for it's money
Well... I’m sure you already are very disappointed
Reality is often disappointing

I could see this scene a thousand times and still get emotional...
The King in da Norf!!!
If only in that hall knew that Jon is not only the king in the north’s but he is the true king to the entire bloody seven kingdoms.
I thought I was the only weirdo who cried watching this scene today at work. So I’m glad I’m not alone.
