The oni is the most creative Killer in dbd. The fact that he uses the blood of his victims in order to power his insanity is just so creative. He's also a pretty good killer too, and his memento mori is sick!!

I just bought him about 2 weeks ago and I was do frustrated with his abilities. I kept selling easy 4ks but I'm sure I'll get much better now. 👍🏽❤️

I love how all the best builds are utterly un attainable for new players. So much so its enough to drive them away. I'd love to tell you this build worked for me but, y'know, I don't have a wealth of money or time to drop on the grind
I was thinking about buying the oni myself for my next killer and wasn't sure if I was gonna risk buying hom if I don't like him. This is 100% something that would fit my play style. I currently main dredge, as he also for my play style and was the only killer that I've played and liked! I can literally feel the adrenal pumping from watching you show this off, and I am so excited to play him myself now!!!!

I have a build for you to try out. It's a pretty solid build. Perks: Brutal Strength so breaking stuff is much faster, Enduring so your pallet stuns last less than normal, Lightborn so you're immune to flashes, and Spies From The Shadows so the crows will notify of survivor locations. Add-ons: Shattered Wakizashi: Increase Yamaoka's Wrath passive charge rate by 100% and Polished Mandate: Increase Yamaoka's Wrath passive charge by 50%. It's pretty solid. Survivors rarely ever escape me when using this build.
Try oni with the perk that grants you undetectable after damaging a gen, seeing the panic in their eyes as an undetectable oni charges at them full speed is gold
The only effective way to open an exit gate when last survivor is Prep the door till the letter E on Escape, stop at that moment before the first light turns on. Once you hide and see the killer come and go you finish opening the exit gate and tada you escaped. Works every time!

I did a similar build to this. But since I don't have lethal pursuer, I used save the best for last. Iron grasp works well too. I also used deathslinger so if they did wiggle off somehow, I could just reel them back in
