At 06:00 my devices is "???????????? fastboot". And it auto ejected my phone from my computer. I had to shutdown my phone and re-opened fastboot. It connected with the driver like this but any time i checked for fastboot devices in cmd or refresh the components in the Miflash app, it auto ejected again. What should i do? Thank you.

Thank you so much. I was ready to rip my hair out because the MSM tool wouldn't detect my phone, but once I turned off the driver signature enforcement the problem instantly went away and now the MSM tool is working properly.

Guys for Sahara error , I always have to run the tool as administrator, and before running the tool I open command prompt and enter the command bcdedit /set testsigning on. After that you need to restart the computer, but it works every time for me that way.😊

tip: if you are unable to disable driver signature enforcement you must have secure boot enabled. go into your bios and disable that first, then disable driver signature enforcement. if it still doesn't work, just reinstall the qualcomm drivers.
Buddy, seems a very good video. I have facing few issues. My device is showing details running the command 'adb devices', when turned on. Then I rebooted in fastboot mode using command 'adb reboot bootloader'. Then it does not show any data (blank line) when I run 'adb devices' or 'fastboot devices'. I even tried installing complete android platform-tools and build-tools using Command-line tools. My device is Asus rog phone 2 and Windows 11 on my PC. Since I was not finding any option for android phone, I tried to install the 'Android Bootloader Interface' using 'Add legacy hardware' option. But the yellow triangle is not going away

After installing Qualcomm_QDLoader and restarting the pc I follow the EDM process by Vol+ and Vol- together and plugging it the usb the status is connected but after some seconds its giving me "Sahara Communication Failed, Please Try again after power off phone(FH:258)" and my phone is also not getting on ....What should I do now....Pls Helppp!!
Works 2/26/22, a couple of tips Select target = O2 in msm for phones on Hydrogen OS , always do restart with shift + restart and choose option 7, act fast once detected(phone will boot up otherwise) , mine was chinese version had to downgrade to global version.

You probably figured this out by now but if not you have to go into your smartphones settings then go to about phone then scroll down to build number. Tap on it like 6 times and then go into system and click on developer options. Then click on USB debugging. Now your phone should be detected by the PC. The bootloader is supposed to be locked unless you want to flash a custom ROM or root
