Only footage at the field is handheld & that is my 1st try with this lens on my way back home after bought it from shopping. But now after tried many times I'm more confident used it handheld (Lens IS plus digital IS on body) if trying to follow or panning a subject that moving quite fast such as biker or car moving fast. You can also used on high grade tripod for batter results but only if your tripod head is specifically made for videoing (flued). I just bought tripod head brand Andoer but the quality quite bad & the result not satisfied with what I want. When I used handheld, the result is better stabilize. The only problem is this lens is built like a tank, it so heavy even though I used it only with small EOS M50 mirrorless. 😂🤣 For long periods of shooting we still need a tripod. I'm also have good high quality Manfrotto monopod (MVMXPRO500) & after trying it I'm still feel better shooting handheld is not for long periods. *I'll share my latest shooting on this channel soon.
