Fantastic monocycle builds! To help the inner section stay stable and return to the horizontal you want to make the center of mass as low as possible, try putting some metal pieces either as low on the inside of the inner section as you can build it or on struts reaching out on either side of the large main wheel and maybe fit some small stabiliser wheels maybe one stud above the ground to them too so it can lean and steer with them.
