Day 26: Sometime you feel stuck back at the start

The last few days have been extremely rough for me. Lots of anxiety, numbness and exhaustion have blanketed me and I am unsure as to why. Maybe it's or poor sleep. I hope so. I hope I can figure it out soon because I feel like I've been stripped of my freedom to be happy and it's so frustrating.
