Black diaspora are MISLEAD. Cost of Building in Ghana is expensive because of IMPORTS and non existent supply chains. Blacks should learn the skills in Europe and bring them to Ghana. (1) Tiles, ceramics, toilets and economic flooring manufacture (2) Bricks of all sorts (3) Steel Bars and other types of construction steel for HIGH rise Buildings (4) Cement is available but too expensive (5) Timber Imports from Guinea for construction (6) Carpentry making doors, tables and kitchen cabinets (7) Mdf for construction (8) Air Conditioning Equipment, Mechanical and Electrical (9) Water systems and at present ALL SEWAGE is not treated in Ghana and is flushed into the Sea Coast. Black Africa will never prosper if Africa cannot build its own supply chains.

Very good job I would like to do the same in my country particulary in Abidjan , I am note broke but I don't have the money to begin or get a loan , the banking system is too shy and practice huge interest rates in Africa so it is difficult to initiate real estate projects.
