ICC responds to backlash following reports of possible arrest warrant for Netanyahu

- The International Criminal Court has issued a statement in response to the current attacks directed at it following reports that the court is considering to issue a warrant of arrest for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

It's absolutely vital the ICC is not intimidated by the US or Israel, and does its job without fear or favour for the sake of humanity.
The International Criminal Court does, indeed, have jurisdiction because Palestine is a member, and the alleged crimes were committed on Palestinian soil.

Now we shall know and see if ICC is really for Justice. Should they fail to issue an arrest warrant to this criminals now then it will be the end of this Court.
The ICC should add the charges of obstruction of justice and contempt of court (and thus contempt of all members of the ICC) to individuals who may not be directly involved in genocide. Enforcement, of course, is by any member of the ICC setting foot in a member's soil.
