  • 7 years ago I began my journey studying architecture. Just 2 weeks ago I handed in my final year-long project. It's been a long journey, but this video sums up 7 years of architecture school in 7 minutes.

    Congratulations Kyle! Happy for you. Now I understand why you changed your channel name. You are not a Succesful Archi Student anymore, you are The Succesful Architect :)
    We can't thank you enough for what you teach in your videos, you are a source of inspiration and motivation for many people.
    Also congrats on your new piercing :D

      Thank you so much Sevval! Haha that’s actually why I changed it, I was never the “Successful Archi Student”. It was about helping others while on my own journey to becoming a “successful architecture student”.
      Thank you so much, your comment means a lot to me. Cheers!

    It feels the same as my brother graduating, I'm proud of you kyle.
    You were the reason that got me through my first year.
    Starting school in covid was really hard, your videos and constant interaction in the comment section made life easier, back then i barely had any friends in architecture and truly over time i have understood the power of connections in the field and rightly so, you can't possibly portray your passion on your portfolio unless your employer know you personally.
    And truly i have to say with each year in to the architecture field, i love it even more, even when i don't get good grades or mess up my jury i love every single bit of designing.
    You have always been an inspiration to me. I wish you all the best for the future

    Hey! Congrats, Kyle! I'm so happy for you and all what you have achieved! 💚🥰 I remember when you were doing videos interviewing students around the globe (I even thought in joining one of those, but I was quite shy for that... Maybe now I can do it 😝).
    Thank you for all the content you create and share. It's refreshing to know someone who thinks out of the box. 😊
    Watching this video made me think of my school years and how I ended up in Architecture haha.
    I hope you carry on learning and growing up!
    Cheers, my friend! 🍻💚

    I'm in my final year in a Nigerian University, I'm considering going abroad for masters, can you recommend some good architecture schools in different countries that I can study in?

    • @kylesinko
      @kylesinko  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You are so welcome Eniola! Thank you for your support. It means a lot. I can only really recommend from experience, UniSA in South Australia is where I went and I could easily recommend it as it was a great experience. Some top architecture schools globally include Bartlett in London, MIT in Massachusetts and Harvard in Massachusetts to name a few. Cheers

    studying architecture is often not an easy path so congratulations on your perseverance. I'm new here, I'm Brazilian, architect and I moved to New Zealand recently and I started looking for videos about revit and how it's used on this side of the world, I saw some previews of its content and I thought it was great. I would like to ask about templete if you can tell me if the way you work in Australia is similar to New Zealand? Thanks for your attention

    • @kylesinko
      @kylesinko  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thank you Aghata! I can't say for sure but us Aussies often have a lot of similarities with our neighbours across the ditch. I would say the templates would be very similar

    Congratulations Kyle ! Maybe yon can give me an advice. I am from germany and i think about to start architecture online at curtin through open university australia (oua). Do you think ist a good education ?

    • @kylesinko
      @kylesinko  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you Christian! I can't speak from experience, but I have heard Open University is a good institute. However, I feel it would be more of a challenge being solely online. The studio culture is part of the education. Good luck
