- THANKFUL Neighbor had a SHOCKING REACTION when I told her I was doing this YARD for FREE
When I knocked at this house, Nobody answered. The next door on the right was pulling in their driveway so I asked them if they know who lived on the house. They told me that one day they all just packed up and left and haven't been back ever since. It had been a few months since they left. So I told them that I'll be back on the next day to take care of this lawn. I also told them that I'll take care of their front yard for free. Then in the middle of working on the front yard the next door on the left came up to me and asked if I have the contact for the homeowner. I told her I have no Idea. then she had an awesome reaction when I told her that I was doing this yard for FREE

Thank you, Mr. Cris. Another job well done. You work full time midnight shifts and help out your community when you get off. It would take very little if the people on either side of this house cut the grass up to the house and driveway on their side. The yard would stay presentable and keep their street looking good. Sadly, they won't. 😢 Thank you again.

It is always an interesting surprise to see what details are hidden in a yard. This one, you found the ring of rocks around the tree, some pretty patterned paving stones near the front porch... I think the "Two fer" idea, of offering to do a neighbor as well, is going over well. I worry about people who "suddenly leave". Did someone die or get terribly ill, did they lose a job? Thank you for this needed aid. The neighborhood needed it and the home now has order. You did a great job and improvement.

It is still beyond me why neighbors on either side of this house or any house will put up with a yard in this condition and not do something about it! I’m not saying they should pay someone to mow it on a regular basis, but if either of them would give it a quick once-over with their riding mower at least once in a season, it would benefit their curb appeal as well. Oh well, it makes for job security for you and your fellow lawn care gentlemen. Thanks for another beautiful job.

How to get in touch with property owners- if you know their last name, mailed them a letter since you already know the address. It’s possible it will be forwarded to the correct address. Great cleanup. You helped several in this neighborhood, and it was appreciated.
