Ok lang naman kamayin, basta naghuhugas. Namamatay naman ang bacteria sa pugon, basta wag na lang hahawakan ang tinapay kapag luto na. Hindi katulad sa India na kahit luto na ang tinapay, hinahawakan pa rin.
Kahit naman chefs, bare hands lang.
