Naka dependi po sa yeast ang mabiois na pag alsa ng tinapay . Kung gusto mo mabilis umalsa maraming yeast lagay mo pero pangit yung lasa at kung gusto mo naman masarap na lasa ng tinapay kunti lang yung yeast pero matagal umalsa need mo mag dough sa gabe para sa madaling araw pewedi mo na isalang yung tinapay

Hello sir, paano po ung traditional cut ng dough sa Batangas para sa pandesal? May iba kasi pabilog pag naluto parang kagaya ng nasa video. Iba naman pahaba na pabilog ang putol. Pero ung nakalakihan ko na pandesal parang may pagka diamond ♦️ ang putol may kanto sa magkabilang dulo but not totally diamond cut. Pero perfect round ang taas.

Yung first na bakery dito sa amin mga relatives nila ang bakers at helpers but nung natutunan na nilang mgkakapatid, nagsialisan na sila at nag business na rin ng bakery so the first bakery needs to stop the business.
I have a neighbor here bakery was also their business,it was good only for a few months but later they sold all their equipments from oven,gas tanks,etc coz they can't pay the business permit.
I'm planning to have a bakery business too coz we were used to eat newly cook hot pandesal when we were still kids & til now but need to think it over. 🤔

Kabayan pwede ng i frozen ang Dough. Nagexperiment ako. Pwede munang i oven kinabikasan paglabas sa freezer wait lsng 30min and then oven na. Try mo rin.
