CVR College of Engineering - Cinematic animation - Lumion Render

This is my first Render on Lumion. Models designed in Maya.
Modelling took 5 months and 1 month for Lumion test. 2.35 minute video @ 30fps took 35 minutes of rendering time.
My PC specifications:
AMD Ryzen 5 3500X 6 - core
RAM - 16GB
Graphics - GTX 1050 Ti - 4GB
Monitors - Acer 31.5 inch 2560 x 1440 WQHD
Dell 24 inch FHD
Speakers - M-Audio AV32
